I gave up my Evercrack addiction about 4 years ago so I guess my knowledge isn't terribly up-to-date, but I think I can answer your questions:
1) The Plane of Time is (probably) the high-level zone that most high-level guilds would like to loot and pillage aka raid. Here's a sample of what you run into there. Bottlenecks are caused by having too many guilds all vying for the same zone to raid at the same time, hence
2) raid target rotations were implemented. They're kind of like sign-up sheets for the running machine at the gym, AFAIK.
the reason i turned off sigs in my slashdot preferences is due to the increasing number of "legitimate" yet "highly annoying" and "utterly fucking lame" free ipod references. please do not paste that shit into the message.
having a celeron 400 with 128 megs of ram and a riva tnt2 ultra 32 meg video card kinda limits me to oldwarez, and, if anyone cares (you do, admit it) what follows is my list of 10 games that run well on such a system and still rock major bootay: in random order 6. system shock 2 0. deus ex 4. gta3 (min detail = crappage, but hey) 1. star control 2 (still the best game ever made) 2. civ 3 9. pro pinball big race usa 7. ultima underworld 2 3. day of the tentacle (and any other lucasarts adventure games for that matter) 12. fallout 1 & 2

Uh, I think every galaxy has one of these in its center. I further believe that every galaxy will consequently get sucked into its black hole. Once that has been carried out successfully, the now entirely too massive black holes will begin to attract each other, during which the universe will begin collapse in on itself, at which time everything will implode within a matter of mere moments (which will appear to stretch out for billions of years due to time dilation) so that everything becomes an infinitely small and infinitely massive point. At that time, time loops over itself and the big bang happens. (I feel like I've written this before... in another life perhaps.)

...Inexplicably the one format Paint doesn't support is *.ico
.bmp format, but give it an .ico extension.
1) Open up paint.
2) Create 16x16 image.
3) Save as windows bitmap.
4) Open up IE or FireFox or whatever, and view the bitmap from there.
5) Right click the bitmap, choose Save As..., select the
