Correct. But I suspect the hurdle here was to isolate the allergenic factor and administering it correctly. It is not as simple as splitting a peanut in 70 parts: you have to find the right protein, isolate it and dose it. It can be a bitch to do. The results prove that the protein was the right one and that the doses were ok. Finally, the treatment does not work with any substance: there are things that will remain lethal whatever happens as our immune system just cannot catch them. So that is another good news.
Don't get your dudgeon up so high. The government eventually dropped all charges against Drake except for one misdemeanor charge.
Also, you don't understand US law regarding classified information. It is a crime to intentionally misclassify documents, including information you are producing that by definition cannot have been previously classified. By alleging that he knew the information in the documents should have been classified, they were saying that it fell under a classification order he was aware of and he was aware that there were security concerns with the information in the documents.
No they won't. They want Windows 7 for two reasons: 1. It's easier to use on a desktop. 2. It's always expensive and troublesome to upgrade operating systems and always results in some applications that just don't work right or don't work at all under the new OS. Continuing to use Windows 7 as long as possible defers that expense, or in some cases eliminates it.
This is also the reason why few businesses switch from Windows to Linux even though Linux is free and less troublesome for malware. A Windows upgrade is very expensive, but going to Linux company-wide is a major retooling. (As opposed to putting in Linux machines in a few places where they are highly confident that they will work, which just makes sense from a business POV.) My company has Windows, OS X, at least two brands of Linux and FreeBSD systems all working different tasks.
Ill clue you in, since you can't seem to even buy one.
It's an question to measure how much BS a candidate will shovel your way. Whether or not they give a long winded answer to try to talk their way out of it or try to answer reasonably honestly by giving away some minor weakness.
I could really care less about the actual weakness given (less its shocking), because its not the point of the question.
"Wow, you ARE a rube. Look, when you read the manual -- you did read the manual didn't you?-- where it says you should try to discover any weakness in the interview candidate, it means you're supposed to be subtle, not come right out and ask. Because they candidate is NEVER going to just come right out and tell you about his weaknesses. He's here to tell you about his strengths. Or I am, which is why I'm not going to answer that question.
"Let me see that list of questions... OH MY GOD, it actually SAYS that? Who gave you this list? That person is trying to make you look like an ass. I am so sorry you had to deal with this. Can I get you something? Oh, sorry, it's your workplace. Well, I'm sorry about that too. No one should have to put up with this."
They can certainly target any software they like by the same methods. I can't see them going after legitl software that you installed yourself on purpose. That would open them up to the mother of all anti-trust lawsuits. Going after what everybody agrees are bad guys is safe.
It wouldn't make much difference. Apple sells mostly portable devices. Windows has barely any penetration in the markets where Apple sells most of its stuff. There are HUGE differences in market penetration by class of device: Desktops + laptops: 87% of installed base All browsers: Windows OSes: 65% of web clients In tablets: Apple 48%, Android 43% of installed base In phones: Android dominates with close to 80% of sales
The breakdown probably reflects what users think the devices are good for.
There's a lot of electronic parts in those planes. Seriously, where do you get the electronic components to run a modern warplane if not from China this last decade?

No you don't. You could just use ground peanuts.
Colorado did the same stupid thing a few years back, after being bribed and or intimidated by the likes of Comcast and Qwest.
Adherence to military discipline ranks higher than that, or it should among men trusted to operate the most dangerous weapons on the planet.
WTF? How does a nuclear sub need electric service?
Err, forget about that unblemished record.
See title.
No.

I suppose I could. How much does this position pay?

It wasn't necessarily done through Security Essentials. It might have been done through Windows Update.
Depends on whether the frivolous cosmetic augmentation is under the skin.
I for one am happy to buy a cheap prosthetic leg that will snap within a month.
You mean, only in countries where people are far less concerned about the safety of medical devices.

And maybe better for national security.

According to the FISA courts, all warrants are valid by virtue of having been issued by the government for an alleged national security purpose.
