    Some think these black holes may be a normal state of matter;

    Physicist Brian Greene has suggested that the electron may be a micro black hole; see black hole electron. Small black holes would look like elementary particles because they would be completely defined by their mass, charge and spin. On this view, the significance of the Planck mass is that it marks a transition where the Hawking semi-classical approximation breaks down, and a fully quantum mechanical description of the system becomes required. Gravitationally dominated "black hole"-like structures might still exist with these lower masses, but the emission of Hawking radiation would be suppressed by quantum effects, just as an electron constantly orbiting [centripetally accelerating around] an atom does not radiate, despite the apparent predictions of classical electrodynamics. Not too long ago we caught some Chinese Nationals trying to walk through the St. Clair Tunnel to get into the US from Canada. Canada is a sovereign, and they have their on laws and policies that don't match ours, they often allow foreign nationals to become temporary residents that we'd rather not allow into the US. On the other hand there is "a" town that divided by the US/Canadian border the library has a white line painted on the floor to indicate where the border is, and the residents take perverse delight in illegally crossing the border in sight of the surveillance cameras

    Wal-Mart has also urged the labels to create exclusive new products that would lower music prices. In a short-lived test, Universal excerpted seven songs from existing albums by acts such as Sum 41 and Ashanti and sold them at Wal-Mart for $7. Few other labels wanted to participate. "They proposed it to a bunch of artists and managers, but everyone was worried that we are sending a message that instead of the sixteen-track album we sold, those nine extra songs were filler," says a label executive.

    Other than a every few really classic albums like "Tommy" and "Dark Side of the Moon" and a few Beatles albums it's pretty much 2 good tracks and 14 tracks of filler! You can't blame the artists either, if I was locked into a contract that required my band to produce 2 albums minimum, I sure wouldn't want to blow my wad and put all my good stuff on the first album either.

    I always though that ISP's bought bandwidth based on the capacity of the interconnect such as a 100Mbs 100BaseT in the datacenter or an OC48 or whatever and by the total traffic transfered per time period. If the ISP went over in the total transfer, they were charged a permium rate for the excess. If an ISP can't get these classical terms from a tier 1 provider, it looks like we are all screwed.
