You do realize that people go back to work after that "siesta", don't you? Besides, as stated here by people who actually work in Spain, most business don't have a true siesta anyway. When I was living there, it was mainly just stores that closed around that time.
But they opened again after, people worked until 8 or 9, ate dinner at around 10-11, met up with friends at midnight, and stayed out all night until 8 am. How about you try that for a week, Mr. Productive! Enough with the laziness comments!
weak! - that was the best feature of the Goldfinger Aston-Martin. Oh, the license plates that flipped over was also the best feature. Um, and the "Ben-Hur chariot race wheel spikes" were also the best feature.

...give aquent a call.
I've worked for them a couple of times between "real" jobs - pretty nice, as far as temping goes (health insurance, 401k, etc).
Not doing too shabby if you can still afford to live in a Brookline apt!
For me, It all came down to the games. Jet Grind Radio. Virtua Tennis. Several sweet fighting games. Even when you have the same game for both (Tony Hawk 2), the DC version is going to look much better.
I'm not saying the N64 doesn't have any good games - Goldeneye is one of the best FPSs I've ever played on any platform - but I just wanted to switch as soon as I played a few different games on the DC. If you have the extra cash, pick 'em both up, but obviously if I had to decide, I'd pick the DC even knowing that it's being phased out.
I seem to remeber a story they did when these mail worms were coming out - they were talking with an MS rep and they were discussing how to deal with it - they said you could d/l a patch from MS to fix it. No mention of the fact that you were immune if you were using any other mail reader (Eudora, etc.).
Not majorly bad - more a sin of ommision than anything really evil, but made me kind of wonder...
What was the deal with Piter? When you first see him, he looks like he's reading his lines from the script! And what's with a mentat needing to write a plan down on paper anyway? And to reference that paper when asked about the plan? Sheesh, I mean I know Piter is supposed to be a flawed Mentat, but come on!
Check out some of the prices here. There are other options priced as well, if you click on the overview link.
:-)
And, since you have to contact a sales rep for a custom quote if you want a custom solution, I'm guessing it's not very cheap

I traded my N64 in for a dreamcast :-)

how about some of those g.d. aol cds? ok, so you'd have to break them in half...maybe not. Too bad, 2 birds and all that.
