    Thanks. At the time we felt it would be easier with our own hardware. In the future we'll definitely look at virtualized servers.

    Did managed hosting for a year. Found the situation exactly as you describe. We bought our own servers eventually and haven't looked back.

    Just signed up for his newsletter...

    I've been a Prince fan since Purple Rain (What, don't own it? Man you got 2 go get it now!) and I think he's a prime example of someone who's beating the odds fighting the labels and such and coming out on top.

    Like you, I don't use now nor do I want to use iTunes in the future. Unlike you, it seems, I have no intention of getting an iPhone either.

    I won an Apple nano at a Christmas party in 2004. It's still in the box.

    Not everybody wants to use Apple products.

    My grandfather was in a Nazi labor camp (came back thankfully).

    America is not going in the right direction, and I think the next President had better grow some major cojones and disbands the Department of Father\WHomeland Security. The current president is hopelessly lost.

    Found your solution via google. Unfortunately no /application data/ folder (win2k). I did use

    C:\"Program Files"\Safari\Safari.exe /enableDebugMenu

    and that worked.

    works here. Windows 2000 sp4.
    Running Safari 3.0.1, the bugfix released today.

    Quicktime gives some funky error but works. Also, javascript client-side xmlrpc fails with no apparent error (vcxmlrpc) (works in IE6, Operan 9 and FF 2.0.0.4) Other sites all just great. Even gmail.

    The few that will have the foresight to get the windows networking driver before they wipe the drive. (I don't think dell will put a windows drivers disk in the cardboard box).

    Besides, it'll boost the ubuntu sales, MS doesn't get the cash for the sale, and Dell definitely does not have to give them Windows support.

    In any case, it's illegal to use a pirated copy of MS software. Bad Karma.
