There are things that work such as motion sickness tablets.
However if you intend to play a lot I suggest taking ginger, it actually does work and wont slow your reflexes. Another thing is "head bob" if the game has an adjustable head bob (like F.E.A.R does) try different settings, I get the sickest, very quickly, in games wich have no head bob at all.
I think it is great that they have found another revenue path. I should explain that I am not anti- open source. However I do believe that not everything should be an open sorce project, it is good for competition against large companies that produce large or complex applications. The competition promotes inovation.

Most of the lofty reasons given on slashdot for supporting open source, like the ability to modify code, improve applications, learn from sourcecode etc are (in my opinion ) bollocks. The most important thing to most individuals is that the software is free. Dont believe me? browse beta news, look at the comments and ratings.
People here moan about the worthlessnes of CS degrees,deminishing employment oportunities and outsourcing.
Open source developers who work on small projects have no one to blame but themselves. Those small projects are what self-employed programmers worked on in the past, but now it is do contract work , mantenence, or work for one of the large software houses.
The actual article is devoid of any real news. The article is flaimbait, ( it's written in that tone too) to stir up game console discussion before each is released.
