This qualifies as a detailed interview? This is a two minute bump segment for PR, with no real information. Wake me up when he startes NAMING the IPs he's working with and detailing gameplay mechanics, please.
*yawn* wow, you mean i can control stuff by moving my hands, and making gestures? and all i need is some holographic projection mechanism, a darkened room, and tons of space?
this is nothing that hasn't been done with touchscreens. this just takes wear and tear out of the equation.
I just purchased linksys wireless-g products for my apartment, which can't be more than 30x20'. at first, just getting a connection to work, even on a 10', one-wall run was buggy and difficult, and we all had the same problems. so i figure my difficulties at the opposite corner of the apartment aren't range or intereference. How many ways can I be wrong? then I switch back to cat5e and first thing, load up slashdot and I see this story. Puh-ffffffff-tuh. Indeed.
We, as humans, have the tendency to call any trend we don't like a fad. But just think: in the billions of years it will take for the sun to explode, homo sapiens will have just been a fad the earth took part in, and the earth a fad that our solar system flirted with briefly, and the sun will have just been a fad to the universe. suddenly the universe doesn't like us anymore, or maybe they haven't liked us for a while. but we're gone, like the pet rock. living with something "Forever" in human terms is really insignificant, even when tattoos didn't have expensive and painful removal procedures. piercings grow back.
I know nothing of conditions in Malaysia. I believe, from very limited data, that the most notorious reason for poverty would be a lack of BIRTH CONTROL. As you point out, families are expensive. You can't support a family on one 8$/hour income. So, don't start one. If you can't get the jobs that pay for your family, then go to college. Gain some marketable skills and information. If this is something you are unwilling or unable to do, I don't want you breeding. Not until you've got some desire to contribute to the advancement of the human race. For those interested, I make less than 8/hour, and barely break even monthly. But I'm content not having to do any actual work.
For most windows users, IE and Outlook are frequently used functions. Also, those buttons are highly configurable. I have two of these keyboards sitting somewhere that have vol/mute buttons, and the others I could have set to open whatever applications i like.
I just signed up for this yesterday. your isp sends out uni-directional from some high point in the area and your directional antenna picks it up. all 802.11, so you can get up to 11Mbps(i get that ten miles out) and any bottlenecks would be due to your isp's connect. latency is good, but you need Line of Sight to the tower or your just screwed. if you have that many obstructions, you can probably get cable or dsl anyhow.

Heh, maybe causeheads should actually do some research before they decide someone should be allowed to walk the streets.
