    I find it hard to accept what someone who can't distinguish between 'then' and 'than' says...

    On a side note, this article does underline the major reason why IT executives with minimum or no technical knowledge are afraid to use Linux: There's no one to blame when things go wrong except themselves.

    It seems we live in a world of pre-emptive strikes. We're talking about governments who attack other countries because they someday might decide to become dangerous to their interests, it is perfectly understandable that people get taxed for potential criminal activity. I guess we should be all grateful that we don't go to prison in advance for crimes we might someday commit.

    I don't know about slavic customs, but Greek customs demand an even number of flowers to be presented in funerals and an odd number in happy occasions (such as dates :) ). A lot of people don't follow these anymore, however, especially in the cities.

    If the past can give any indication as to the future numbering, it will be 2.5, not 2.9. The devel. version numbers from 1.2 to 2.0 were numbered 1.3.x.
