How many times did your boss tell his customers it would be ready next week after you told him it would take a month. I've seen that too many times. This is just another example of the top wig tailoring the information for his needs.
Not saying that's what happened but I'd be surprised that the scientists would put the end of ice in the north pole so close.
BTW, how did we start talking about the north pole when this article is about the south pole? or am I confused as usual?
I had a similar problem as you and I found what I consider the best solution for home users. There are many options where you can store you data in the cloud for a yearly fee but it does get expensive as you pass the 200GB mark. What I use is Crashplan. Their software allows you to backup to their cloud or to a friends storage. So if you know someone else with the same problem you can have them allocate some space on their machine for you and you do the same for them. The backups are protected so he won't be able to play with your data. This is all at no charge.
I personally use the Enterprise version which allows you to host your own server. I have my reasons for doing this but most users will be happy with the free home version.
Considering how many users on this forum will learn something from this I would say it's not a complete waste of time.
I spent countless hours searching the web. Unfortunately there is no straight answer but I do have one after trying many pieces of software. I'll post this in a different post
Also. Want to know my worst mistake in English yet?
In a hockey room while making conversation I said that I raped the cheese. Because to grate in French is "raper" so I tried to translate it over by making it sound English.
Actually you are correct. It's a miss understand by most people including myself. The salt itself only causes temporary bloating but it comes down to what contains salt. Most salty foods are usually packed with calories so as a rule of thumb diet clinics have often beaten salt on the head but the real problem is the food itself.
By the sounds of it the only real damage done by salt is kidney damage and that is if you eat too much of it.
I think all 3 major devices are very good and they each offer something. You telling me the USB port isn't really important makes me think you don't work a technical job where you travel on site. If you do you would find many uses for the USB port. The day to day user may not benefit as much from the USB port but I assure you on site technicians do. I've seen it used to hookup to HVAC equipment, to upgrade printer firmware or to console into a network Switch that isn't yet assigned an IP. These are all devices you cannot access wirelessly. There are hookups for iPads but who wants to invest in proprietary garbage when you can have a generic peripheral that is compatible to your PCs and your tablet.
Mustang. Is it a car, a type horse or a car with a horse on it?
If the brand "Surface" was popular enough it wouldn't matter if the name is dumb or not. There are plenty of bad names out there that have become known brand names. Windows is a horrible name if you based yourself on that yet the most known operating system in the world.
I don't disagree with the application you see for it but I'm confused as to why it is so important to stay connected while you more or less have access to the device. I think the inherit problem is people are too concerned about staying connected.
Most things you eat don't cause increased blood pressure but can increase your weight which = higher BMI which according to this article is the main cause of high blood pressure.
Yes and no. Salt in this case is not the direct cause of High blood pressure but is an indirect factor. Salt can cause weight gain which directly affects BMI.
True. They are still looking for big foot. LOL!!!
When you assess what you think is the cost of bandwidth, what do you include?
Based on how much I used and how much I'm allowed to use I would pay 16 cents per GB. Considering what I actually use it cost me 21 cents per GB.
Do you have a link for what you call undoctored resource use statistics.
Yep. Global stats agrees with you: http://gs.statcounter.com/#mob...
But not worldwide: http://gs.statcounter.com/#mob...
The article says almost. I could say my car is very secure and almost impossible to break into... It can still be broken into.
Based on this I figure we aren't going to have the ability to copy to/from this device by hooking it up to a computer.
They aren't going to hack it using the onboard software obviously which means those counter measures won't matter.
If you want the data, you can get the data. End of story.
I'm using a 320x200 resolution. Was too hard to add more lines.
Very nice. So he is an idiot.

LOL.
Our priorities are so fucked.

I wasn't offended by your comment. It actually made me laugh pretty hard.
My French came out. English isn't my first language.
I appreciate you teaching me the correct spelling.
From what I've read the damage isn't caused by the overuse itself but rather it's effects such as dehydration.
There are many other cases. E.g. CNC cad software we use requires a usb dongle for license validation.
You are correct. It is a miss conception that I fell into.

I personally don't care what toilet paper I wipe with as long as it doesn't irritate the cookie doe cutter.
Yep. Like Kleenex is the generic term for tissue.
