    and write code that implements it. For example, if you want to learn more about cars write some classes that describe the car components. Start off with a very basic, high-level operation and then get more detailed. As you learn more about cars you can enhance your code to better describe them. Eventually you will become smarter in two areas.

    You can still do the Netflix DVD plan. This will allow you 3 Blu-Ray discs at a time. If that is insufficient then you can supplement it with selections from you local library. Much cheaper than paying for broadband+streaming.

    You can get free WiFi in so many places now that for many people they can cut the wired connection and still get by with a low limit mobile plan.

    Depends on the person. Some people are fine walking around naked, others (most) should be fully clothed at all times.

  15. The fiduciary interest of the shareholders is to maximize profits. Electing Hillary Clinton is the correct action in order to accomplish that goal. She is on record as supporting virtually unlimited H1-Bs so that would enable Facebook management to fire the highly paid American engineers and replace them with foreigners working for slave wages. Even considering the necessary payoff to the Clinton foundation, the company comes out far ahead.

    So for Facebook it is Hillary in 2016.

    When are governments going to realize that getting gigabit Internet access will not turn their towns into tech meccas? This is just more corporate welfare, no different than using public money to build a new sports stadium or bribing factory owners with tax breaks to remain in town. Eradicate government waste, keep taxes and regulations low, watch the prosperity follow.

    Who defines what damages are a result of Google messing with the equipment. If AT&T loses customers because the service happens to go into the toilet soon after Google messes with their equipment how much are they entitled to collect? Or does Google just get away with replacing the broken equipment?

    People are being gouged on the programming cost not the set top. A typical person would spend anywhere from 80-130 per month on programming and around 5-20 for the set tops. Any cut to the set top price would amount to little in the way of savings for the average person.

    The government should be doing something about the practice of content providers forcing cable companies to carry their programming in oversized packages that few people want. Give us more choices there!

    Jesse Jackson and the other self-appointed civil rights leaders have begun to complain that the big tech companies do not hire many blacks or hispanics. Normally the Democrats would use this opportunity to shame and browbeat the industry into complying with the demands of the SJWs. Unfortunately, the tech companies donate large sums of money primarily to the Democrats and they have made it clear that they will not tolerate this sort of meddling in their operations. So Obama has decided instead to spend large sums of the taxpayers' money to "fix" the problem The tech companies get a pass on diversity just like they get a pass on paying taxes.

    MIT will never water down their degrees that way. They will offer certificates of achievement but they would never flood the market with thousands of graduates.
