One of Ken's Strengths is the ability to make EXCELLENT educated Guesses, but Millionaire is not as forgiving and the mindset of the player is much different. In Jeopardy you dont really have to be afraid of a wrong answer so Ken will make his Guesses, but he isnt always right. Its my belief that Ken would not make it to the 10 million dollar mark.

Is it feasable to pay the artist up front for the work much like most other professions so that the artist is not dependant upon royalties?
This way the artist concentrates on making good music that people want to listen to and so the PR/Production companies/Publisicts are held to the candle for publishing garbage.
This way the loss isnt incurred by the artist but rather by people just trying to make money on Quantity rather than Quality.

So I can have the inferior console and hope and dream that I may have hurt M$ in the Process? There is a time and a place for Hatred, the Xbox is clearly superior why would anyone want a less capable system? Separate your Pro Linux / Anti M$ bashing for something its worth fighting about, this is a losing battle, Xbox ROCKS and XBLive doubly so.
In reading the article closer one might notice that they are really only restricting recording quality with the tools they provide with the OS. Any third party software will seemingly be unaffected
