That's what I get for scanning too quickly. Doesn't change my underlying comment. It's not difficult, especially depending on how the classified documents were classified.
...is how did someone manage to download, store and transfer 90,000 classified documents and not be noticed?
Easier than you think. Even easier, when, according to TFS, several newspapers have had 'access' to them for a while. Three can keep a secret if two of them are dead.
Ok, I give up. I've kept this comment open in a tab for two hours hoping that the 'year of the Linux desktop' folks would answer the question. Although, I suppose, in a way, their silence speaks volumes.
Microsoft deprecates old APIs? When did that start? I thought some of their vulnerabilities were due to maintaining crufty old code for various companies' internal apps.
C'mon, you're bright enough to know that cell service is a highly localized issue. In my house, I can get fully advertised 3G service from AT&T for as long as I care too. With Verizon, the service is so spotty I frequently missed text messages. At work, both are aces.
I spent six months as an OTR truck driver. Plenty of guys had two phones to deal with the fact that NO network is universally perfect.
Your use of 'kilometre' suggests you are not familiar with the dearth of payphones in the United States. A handful of highways here and there have emergency call boxes, but they are rare. (Former OTR truck driver, I've seen more US highways than 99.999% of Slashdot readers.)
Speaking as a DOE contractor and a fairly liberal guy, I can say... Crap. Not much of anything. I'm wondering if Obama, should he get a second term, will experience the typical attrition of cabinet members.
And if things come to an end, there is a good chance that a divorce attorney will suggest that they be taken at face value and that you were concerned about this. I only hope your fiance has a copy of this post of yours should it come to that.
What you miss is that to a court, having anger is an anger management issue. Finding healthy and non-destructive ways to express or release that anger is a sign that you have a problem. Think of Norman Bates at the end of "Psycho". He sat there docilely. The only way to have anger is to bottle it up inside and never speak of it nor show it.
One trick that I learned (a little too late, unfortunately) is that the other side had the burden of proving that I wrote something. Most people, like me, are stupid and say "yeah, that was me". Far better to force the other party to prove that you wrote the entry and that the site didn't modify it in any way.
Does not accept anonymous submissions, therefore, broken.
Don't worry everybody, same old Rob Malda bullshit for ten years. Doesn't know what he's doing, randomly changes production code, and says fuckall about it to the community.
The trouble is that 'destroying the country in order to save it' would be a little difficult to justify to American voters
Something tells me you could have sold it to the American voter on September 12th 2001.
They waited until October 26th, 2001.

3000 yuan is a fairly significant amount of money in China.
Karma be damned, but that's like bragging about being the skinniest kid at fat camp.
I work on Sundays, why can't Microsoft? Do I get to use their software for free on the weekend? No? Does malware take off on Sunday? No?
Screw 'em.
Software licenses, GPL and BSD especially included, are all about legalistic quibbling.
People hate lawyers for many reasons. This is just one of them.

Should we be scared that you know so much about auto-fellatio?

And hoping, in at least one case, he will.
No, they don't, actually. Besides, the system is supposed to take each case on its individual merits, not base decisions on some statistical whatever.
Go listen to Eddie Murphy's Raw where he talks about marrying a non-American. Her first phrase of English learned was "I want HALF!"
None. I urge everyone I know to avoid it. You may get some child support, but palimony is MUCH harder to hand out than alimony.
What it shows is that nobody can live up to arbitrary standards put in place, somewhat at random, by judges and lawyers.

Now come get your Soma.

I have this one, and agree with your comments, at least as far as 802.11N is concerned. Horrible range. Just horrible.
There are always bunches of 2600's on eBay. That's how I got mine a few years ago (kinda curious who threw out the one I had as a kid, but, whatever)
I think David Patterson is the only person who could see the value in this. Well, him and Stevie Wonder.
