If only the prison system rewarded the spammers instead of punishing, the spammer might still be with us today. Think of the spammers.
The good thing to come out of this story is the taxpayers won't have to pay his free room and board and free food at the prison. Maybe spamming should be a capital offense, or if not, I think that convicted spammers should be forced to read at least 10,000 spam emails a day.
I feel sorry for the kid, but the parents are to blame. The wife had to know this guy was a spammer.
Palm stopped focusing on what made them famous, useful pda's. The Palm TX is great, they should continue to make them better but it seems they're only interested in cheap smartphones now, trying to compete with mobile phone giants. I would have paid a couple hundred extra for a high end TX with a metal shell and extra memory. If they had offered high end options they could have made them pretty desirable to a good sized niche market with better profit margins but they instead tried the one size fits all, cheap as possible approach instead. I think things like the EEE pc are going to eventually replace them. Its too bad, Palm had a lot of potential. I still use my TX almost every day as there is so far nothing else that compares but I haven't seen any new palm products in a while.
What AMD should really try to do is start combining their cpu technology and their graphics technology and make some multi core GPUs. They might be better positioned to do this than Intel or Nvidia.
No kidding. This thing looks like a piece of early 90's era junk compared to my PalmTX, which as reader works exceptionally well day or night, beautiful color screen, can surf the web, play mp3 files, divx movies, stream shoutcast, can connect via wifi to network share drives... It has readers that can open most any ebook format natively. Palm has hundreds of useful programs. Who in their right mind would want a clunky reader that can't even do wifi and has a grayscale screen and utilizes a proprietary network? LOL. Palm must have done a bad job on their marketing if crap like this Kindle sells out. I wouldn't use the thing if they gave it for free.
I just paid over 15 bucks for this download. Haven't heard it yet but I love the band. I've listened to much of their older stuff for free, and I've always thought I would donate to bands if I knew 100% of the money went to the band and not some file-sharer-suing mofo. Anyone that sticks it to the record companies is ok in my book, especially really cool bands.
Theres only one sensible thing to do, ban gaming from all public places, tax em out of existence and sue the bastard software makers who brought us this deadly sin. I saw no warning labels that said these addictive things could kill. Only now are we finding out the true nature of their products. These poor hapless victims lives will not have been in vain. Put all the money to good use for a huge anti-gaming propaganda campaign.
I had a Datek account and loved it, then Ameritrade bought them out, before the merger was complete I closed my account and switched to TD Waterhouse which I was also pretty happy with... unfortunately they got bought by them too and I knew bad things would happen but for some reason stayed with them this time. Now I know why my one email account I used for years with zero spam issues was always over its size limit and bouncing back every legitimate email. Every time I checked it, it was nothing but spam and every one with attachments. You better believe all of our Social Security numbers have been compromised. I agree Ameritrade owes us more than an apology for this.

I keep hearing about this theory of science education in Louisiana.
Why not find out, take all your friends and go try
I would be much more comfortable around gun toting ranchers than a bunch of geocaching crybabies anyday.
