The point is that you should not sign any type of contract without reading it. Many people do not imagine the legal power a signature has on a piece of paper, no matter how absurd is the text there.

Before VISA cards do existed, when I went on bussiness trips with everything pre-paid by the company, was by the standard request of asking for a credit card for expenses at the reception desk "I dont have one". Probably as I was foreign and young, it worked beautifully.

We have had them for years here. They are tied to my account, and in and every need, I create a separate one with the limit of the value I want to pay. You can create one for single use, or one with a validity of one year for being charge by a single merchant. The advantage of the process is that you place a roof on the limit. Yeah, I am paying a 50 euro charge, maybe I create a card with 51 euros. Last time a big hotel here asked a VISA card just to book my parents, but on the conditions said "this will be only used if the guests do not show up"...well, I created a virtual VISA with 5 EUROS. First thing my parents heard from the idiots "Your VISA card is not working". Even my Apple account is tied to a virtual VISA card with a small amount..The scheme has existed here for almost decade, and it well tested and proven to work.

I had already heard comments about the RH involvement, however you comments raise some more interesting points. Id like to point however, they are doing more than ignoring everyone, they are antagonising them and wishing them farewell, and if you are not ok with this, leave. I feel that too, it is a take it or leave proposition, and I am not that involved in the community.

I blacklisted/pinned systemd to -1, and solved the problem. but I am also planning on moving to FreeBSD, but I want to take my time. However it is as you say, when I am upgrading a system with another init system, and without any visible dependencies nor gnome, why in hell should the upgrade to systemd should be forced upon us? I also have a couple of problems, until noticing in my test server that systemd was there without my permission or asking.

Yep, I have just asked myself that too many times. It goes without saying that the deeper you dig, the systemd decision is political one and not a technical one. Furthermore, it is rather stupid that forcibly all the installations or upgrades are made to systemd without your decision or consent.

If you say so. I shelled out money for Omnigrafle plus on my iPad, doing "visio" grapfs are a requirement on my job, and it is so much better to use it on an ipad. I also have some other software. For meetings, I prefer to carry my iPad to see and fiddle with my spreadsheets. I also create presentations with keynote in my iPad. For movies, I prefer to stream them with iPad or the iPhone. Ditto for watching movies out of hours. talking about content creation, I am a developer for the iOS plataform. you also have got spreadsheets programs, numbers for instance, and keynote, and some other programs. The interface is best for some things, not so much for others. If you do not want to work and spend all day on facebook, there is not much difference in having an iPad or a notebook. And please do not say something I said is not relevant. The point is everyone and their dogs hate surface and windows mobile, and prefer even to pay when they are issued free by the company. I was in that boat too, bringing my own Apple equipment to work, until the higher ups saw I was more efficient with them, and issue Apple stuff to all my team. About Surface? I would not even want it for free, and mind you, I am not alone on that. MS products suck. They are blowing products left and down. Their marketing and technical teams are at odds with what their customers want. I personally also hate them with a passion, I dont even want frigging Office in my Mac. Last time I had a Windows product I trowed it out of the Windows of my car in a sheer frustration rage out of it not working, and obliging me to run Windows emulations programs in my Mac to use it...no, but no thanks. Never again.
