Okay. So if you're concerned about that, only buy and install a monitor which has no disconnect or load limiting capabilities.
I guess the point really is that you don't get a choice. Your electric company decides what type of meter gets installed on the side of your house and what capabilities it has.
The meters just clamp a detector around your main. They have no ability to shut off or modify your power.
Wrong. Cellnet's disconnect solution and Itron's CENTRON meter with disconnect capabilities and load limiting. Here's another solution from Aclara.
There's more, but I got lazy grabbing URL's.
I call BS! I have two receivers that have never been hooked to a phone line or the internet. The only $5 extra I pay is for having a second receiver on my account.
My guess is that your inconsistency is part of what distinguishes you from other typists So in other words, as long as I'm consistent in my inconsistency I'm good to go.
There have been times when I have *longed* to work in a cube farm. I'm sure they have their disadvantages too, but I'm betting that done well they're a damn sight quieter. Don't bet on it being quieter, it still depends heavily on the office etiquette your coworkers. For instance in my cube farm the guy to my right insists on using his speaker phone, even when he's calling someone just two cubes to my left. Oh joy! Now I get to hear both sides of the boring conversation in stereo.
I've never worked in a open office plan but it seems that you'd at least be able to move away from the more obnoxious coworkers.

I've been using xosl for some time now and I have my system setup almost exactly the way you want yours, I have Mandrake 8.1 (beta3) instead of RH.
The main thing I would tell you is to use a dedicated partition for xosl, that way if you blow up your 98/DOS partition you'll still be able to boot your other OS's.
Once you have xosl installed you should be able to install your OS's in any order you want, I chose Linux, 98 then 2K. One problem I had with 2K is that it kept calling it's system drive D: or G: or something retarded like that instead of C:. I got around that by hiding all the other partitions on my drive but the one I wanted 2K on, you can use xosl to do this. Another trick I discoverd, the hard way, is attempt to boot the partition your about to install to before you actually do the install. I think this just sets the Active bit on the partition, but it makes the install of the Windows OS's smoother.
I wonder what it'll sound like on re-entry?

Movies are a form of creative expression. Code (and, by extension, compiled software) is a form of creative expression. You can put a EULA on code. Or a GPL. Or a BSD license. Or whatever. So why can't you put these on some other form of creative expression?
But the license for code generally dosn't limit you to a specific architecture (x86, PPC, ARM, etc). Why should I be limited to only "approved" DVD players?
Yes, I agree there are valid reasons for serial numbers, but there are also dozens invalid ways to use them. It all depends on how they are used. McDonalds or Burger King doesn't check my VIN every time I use their drive through. Why should a web sites keep track of my CPUID every time I visit?

I get my broadband from AT&T and I know for a fact that they have it a lot more than halfway in.
I hope it's almost all the way in cause I don't know how much more of it I can take...
You should check out PrefBar. It has worked very well for me in the past when viewing "IE Only" sites with Mozilla.
That's funny, TurboTax ran inside vmware just fine for me. But, I haven't tried moving that vmware image to another machine yet...

I'll take a guess. MMMMMIIIIIIIIIRRRRRRRR!!
For this recall, do I need to mail it back to Intel?

Or, can I just shred my copy of the press-release?
When I first saw Tualatin I read it as Too-Late-ium.
