    As a diabetic, if it sets on slowly then I find grumpyness to be a potential symptom. But there is a another consideration. OK I hate gummy bears, but to use your analogy. There is always one person I feel like attacking during a low. That is the person standing in between me and the gummy bears who won't get out of the way. Now add to that a simple preference of mine, and a predilection. When I do get a low odds are that it is a little before I sit down to eat. Given a choice, I would prefer to eat real food to treat a low rather then a "snack". So anyone who is in someway interfering with me preparing my meal, or sitting down to eat it, is gfoing to ghet there ass reamed.

    My guess is that Android will be next. There are several exploits there. Also I think Linux systems are more desirable because they can be used as C&C for botnets.

    I think much has to do with the way computers are taught, with focus more on "Karel the Robot" or Logo type machines-- is step one - step two - step three.
    instead of focusing on von Neumann architectures like Mix ( well not as much ) or the "little man computer". most modern programmers have no idea what's going on inside.

    I've seen people using their real names get nasty too. OTOH some people with handles are the most behaved online. They build up reputation into their handles and they don't want to ruin it.

    You don't NEED to call microsoft for support anymore.

    There's millions of geeks out there who already encountered whatever problem you have with windows and found a solution. And posted it somewhere.

    Support for windows is near universal. Google for it. You'll find it 99.999% of the time.

    Not so with mac. Not even close.

    And of the solutions you find 85% do more harm than good.
    Of course a solution to MS support does more harm then good 90% of the time.

    On a different note, I don't think a single tweet is a reason to end someone's prospects at doing more than "Would you like fries with that?" no matter how offensive it was.

    Are you sure it was only one tweet? From what I hear she had a habit of making stupid tweets.
