As for bike lights... I don't bike anymore due to health, but when I did I would not use a light powered by a generator. I wanted all my power to go into motion. Batteries would be a mess environmentally. Not to mention that I would probably forget to have a fresh paiora lot of the time.
This would not be so great illuminating streets, but there you would have brighter lights for cars.
I remember commuting home along the Chicago lake shore.. I would have welcomed a little ambient light that did not destroy the queit darkness of the night..

The one thing I find really surprising is that C ranks over C++. Sure there are some nasty things that can be done in C++, but I recently looked at some C code. The majority of it was replicating basic data structures and algorithms that could be fond in the STL. Very likely the C++ version would have been tighter or cleaner too.
I had a machine with 512M, but could have gotten by on 128M. On that 128M machine my broswer might use 10% of the memory not 60%, and only small amounts of CPU time.

Whereas Trump insisted on putting Glass_Stegal into the GOP plank. Trump is Main Street wealthy. He made his money by building things. Hillary OTOH like Wall Street make her money by stealing it.
Trump policies favor main street and disfavor Wall Street. Hillary's policies support Wall Street.
