    Fragile thing break more often.
    People stop using things which break.
    The game industry went through this twenty years ago and copy protection went away until a new generation thought they had a new idea.

    Yup, that's why I chose to mention a 50,000 watt radio station. AM "clear channel" stations can cover several states. If you're allergic to that, you're not reading this on a computer.

    But they're still able to answer an electromagnetic telephone, hold the electromagnetic speaker next to their head, and answer a telephone survey.

    Shouldn't this information be on my favorite 50,000 watt radio station or TV station?

    Yup. It had no trouble finding plenty of 13th Presidents; the last entry on the first page is probably what many readers would expect. "Who was the 13th President of the United States?" was answered well. "Why is the sky blue?" is interesting because of the many responses.

    So it's OK with you for the government to take your tax money and waste it $3 million at a time.

    A bigger problem is that you think the military gets 1/2 your tax money. 1/5 of 2007 spending. Or less than 1/3 of on-budget 2007 receipts.

    You don't want the money spent by government? Too late, RFA. NASA is spending the money to advertise the project and to buy the time of its own employees for this project.

    NASA often pays for research where the government only gets to use the results, and the researcher keeps the data, copyrights, and patent rights for private use. What part of NASA was speaking?

    Well, as apparently Venus ran further ahead in planetary evolution by boiling its oceans, obviously Earth is way behind and has a lot of catching up to do. Our planet will have to evolve further and get its oceans boiled away, rather than stagnating as it has.
