A huge list is not a good thing. You get way too much noise that way. That 22 year old upper middle class college student in Minnesota that uses Tor, posts on Slashdot, and looked up pressure cookers is not a threat and they do not want to deal with his noise.
He is of no more interest than I am. A white 50 year old computer programer that looks up how to make rocket candy and is a huge fan of aviation. We could be noise in the system but will be tossed quickly because we not going to be a threat to anyone.

We bet to collect taxes and SS from those workers. They can never collect the ss because they are illegals and that helps keep ss afloat.

MINIX 3 is a free, open-source, operating system designed to be highly reliable, flexible, and secure. It is based on a tiny microkernel running in kernel mode with the rest of the operating system running as a number of isolated, protected, processes in user mode. 17. Oh please. You like most other people seem to think that I am bothered by rude people. The issue is what about 14 year olds that want to get into programing and get treated like scum? Frankly I constantly have to delete words like, moron, idiot, and so on from my posts as I type them it is often not easy to remember that the person on the other side of the screen is a person with feeling. I constantly see rude and hurtful posts that know make some mailing lists an unfriendly place for people just getting started. The only issue I have with abusive folks on mailing lists is that it is a challenge for me to keep from blasting them back.

I really liked DS9. I might have liked it better than TNG because I found it more realistic. Frankly early TNG had to much of the Hippy 1960s feel of TOS for my taste. But then to be honest I believe that any Utopia will be someone's hell. DS9 showed a universe that seemed more real than TNG.
I really did not like Voyager all that much and really disliked Enterprise at all.
I am also not a big fan of the new movies but that is just me.
And yes I will keep watching them and the new shows hoping that it will be good.

If you read the actual proposal you will see that they have a range of options if someone is out of line. I don't know about most people but I have no problem with a life long ban for someone that threatens to kill or rape someone online. And yes it does happen. In fact it has happened to me on Slashdot.
