Yup, that goes here too. I have been in IT since 1991. My signature got so bad, that most people can't make it out, and my writing (script) is incomprehensible. Most of the people I know that have been in IT for quite an extensive period of time have the same symptoms.;)
I'm not so sure about that one. The only reason I actually use Windblows is for the games. The Sims being the main one. The rest of my time, is spent on Linux & FreeBSD. If The Sims, or a few others (Flight Sims & NFS) are released, or playable under unix, I'd drop Windows in a heartbeat.
Given that MS wants to make a computer virus an act of terrorism, does this mean that the FBI will now prosecute MS for terrorism? It is a widely known fact that Windows is considered to be a virus itself.
Typical Microsoft. Quit your damn crying, and clean up your code. At least, for God's sake, get it audited by a true independent 3rd party. I really don't blame anyone for hax0r1ng your boxes, the os is truly pathetic, and so is MS for not caring a lot about security. You've dealt with security by keeping a closed source all these years, and it is finally catching up with you.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no open source zealot, nor an anti MS individual. I just think that crying about it will never fix it. It needs to be fixed the first time.
Above net is about as screwed as the rest of them are. Their financials are about the same as Exodus. Plus, their gateways like to dissapear every once in a while.
Just another loozer company tring to generate some cash for its' dying self. Too bad the Palms etc have been out too long. This will get laughed out of court as much as BT trying to sue over the use of hyperlinks.
