Way to get my hopes up, Slashdot. I guess my kernel will continue to be tainted.
Vavasour wrote the first emulator I ever used, which happened to emulate the first computer I ever used, the TRS-80 CoCo II. I'm glad to see he's doing well.
Perhaps you could hack the GNUStep Terminal.app to compile with Cocoa. For those who don't know, GNUStep is a GPL'd implementation of the OpenStep Specification of yore.
Well, these aren't going to be just roms and emulators stuck on a cd. It's more like a remake of a movie. Same script, usually not as good as the original, but cool modern special effects.
Would it be much harder for them to just go ahead and integrate a cheap GPS receiver into the laptop to find the physical location, instead of using the much more difficult tracerouting method?
I realize that others have mentioned some other suitable products, but I thought I might mention JWZ's Gronk. It's nice because it'll do both streaming and local playback, and doesn't rely on an SQL database (which is honestly overkill in this situation).
The 1.2 series is so crusty feeling compared to 1.3. Really, 1.3 is like a whole new GIMP.

If your WMP11 uses an x86, sure.
Funnily enough, the Xircom REX 6000 was actually the same product as the Citizen DataSlim 2. Citizen seems to have experience in the micro PDA market.

No, that's pretty much the problem.
Such a pity, comrade.

Actually, I have to admit that it's a pretty neat idea. Not some Nazi protection like Safe-Disc.
Dudes, somebody just took the overview of the window system and threw it through something like DadaDodo. Mod it down.
It's good to see an Executive Transvestite really getting somewhere in life!

He was also particularly concerned that the directive would properly protect the open-source community including Linnux.
The absolute first thing to catch my eye.
White Wolf, makers of pen-and-paper RPGs such as Vampire: The Masquerade and Werewolf: The Apocalypse, and author Nancy A. Collins...
So you're telling me that White Wolf are the makers of Nancy A. Collins? Impressive...
BZZT, wrong. The only rendering pushed out to the GPU by QE is the window compositor. Everything else is done in software.
"slim chance"
"Slim"? Isn't that what they're hoping for?

The point is that there *isn't* a random number generator.
The first picture is of the actual, physical hardware running the rom. The second is just a simulation of the physical interface.

Damn those French! First they protest OUR war, now they cheat at OUR games! I say we make them drown in a pool of Freedom(R) Fries(TM)!

The Nintendo or the dog?
The good ol' days of my computing experience.
