As a Realtor, I would like to dispute your statement, from the perspective of apartment housing, not condo housing. Most property managers think they are above the law, and in most cases they get away with it. Don't forget, as long as they don't violate Fair Housing acts or any other housing related laws, they can act as a representative of the owner not to renew your lease or make your increase the highest in the development.

Now, good owners are on top of the property managers to stop the bullshit, and some most are not. I deal with a lot of apartment building property managers and I will say, in general, they are dumb and need an ethics course. As a Realtor, if you take enough legal classes and have a lawyer to ask questions too, you save your clients butts more than once.

Condo property managers are just horrible. very few know the rules and then they have to deal with board members that make life a living hell.

While, what you are saying in the last line is true. Those that practice daily or even weekly, have a higher probability in making it out of the problem.

Question is, how well do you react to pressure environments.
taking a gun out quickly requires practice,
Aiming at a target 30 feet away and hitting it requires even more ( center mass, even more )

doing both successfully at the same time requires a lot of practice.

after you can do all that, aim for a human and pull the trigger, ending a life is amazingly hard.

Can't cite the sources, but I bet someone here can:

A research report ( which was done after WWI ), shows that a large percentage of new
soldiers first shot was over the head of the enemy on purpose.

Another report in the 1980's about police officers nation wide showed that they (greater than 70%+) did not pull out their pistols.

and just an observation: the phrase "cannon fodder": makes sense to me now after putting the above report into perspective.

I'm thinking that it's all done via mule teams
so 1400 machines and 14000 transactions = 10 transactions per machine
each transaction should take start to finish 2.5 minutes so we are looking
about 30 minutes for 10 transactions giving time for who knows what.

From this point, I am guessing 3 machines per person ( 30 min to take and 10 min to next machine )
so... 1400 / 3 = 467 members ( round up slightly for time losses so jump to 500 mules )

I am going to state that in Japan, it's doable, they got the team work.

How to discover the team, reverse engineer all bank searches for atm
machines, bet certain group patterns show up.

Beside's coding needs to be done while running on mountain dew, dr pepper, and jolt.... Doritos and noodles for breakfast, anything else is just immoral and wrong ( well maybe curry for breakfast )

  12. Wait, do or don't they have to have the yellow star, white cross or red crescent on the jacket ... we need to know what the rules of the faith are if we are to report them to the right authorities.

  13. Now, some small observations, not verifiable with any sources as of yet
in 1999 we had about 130 to 135 million cars on the road http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/ohim/o... gives me a general idea
we now have about 150 to 160 million ( can't find the anything )

but the observation is; more traffic at night.
now this is out of scope but this is something I experienced.

in 1990 I live in a metropolitan area and at 3am, traffic home would take 21 minutes ( pass maybe 5 to 20 cars )
    1995 28 min
    2000 33 min
    2010 46 min
The drive was from Hoboken NJ to my house, same roads just a lot more cars

The only reason I recall all this, I had to wake up to drive to the shore, and I would complain about lack of time.

  14. But here is the good thing about citing sources.
It helps us all to make a more informed choice.

I feel confident to say based on all the reading and sources above from when I asked

"Don't drink or smoke, then drive right after"

I won't be able to say something similar like : "Don't drink or smoke, stop, then drive after 2 hours of rest"

I can say, " stop, drink a glass of water, and rest for 6 hours, and everything should be ok, maybe ask a friend to drive "

highly conservative views, and you can use most of the sources as validation.

thanks to everyone that cited sources

  17. can you cite your source for your statement "won't find government sources for those of any kind because the DEA controls the only source of legal marijuana research cannabis"

I would think that California would have some, Canada might have some and something from Colorado

And the source for this also " does not permit studies which are not negatively biased."

  18. Hi, not to troll. can you link to the source for " The statistics are in, there has been a massive reduction in road fatalities in Colorado since legalizing marijuana "

If it's government sponsored, that would indicate possible nationwide adoption for the future IE: the pitch is, "stoners not on the road, stoned at home, happy not to drive and pollute the air. think of all the kids lives saved "

Anyone got Uber stats about usage increase in Colorado to help correlate, validate, or disprove the above

I mean, stoners could be happily paranoid and jumping into the stoner Uber pool, which would help prove ( not validate, but push in the right direction ) the above statement

  19. You need to place a link to validate the 2am DWI issues. if it turns out to be true ( accident report summary shows statistical changes or insurance rate drop ), then Austin did wrong.

Just a note where I stand:
I don't agree with Uber or Lyft,
since they don't have to pay the taxi insurance rate, they pay regular auto coverage rates.
if they did that, then I would be all for them.
