It is also more than the President. Sure, each one gets to appoint his cabinet, and the cabinet heads might put in some new upper level folks, but the rest of the departments are still the same drones as before. It's not the Pres or the department heads that are taking forever, it's the drones that just don't give a fuck. I wouldn't be surprised if it was one guy/gal's only job to redact this one document, and did so at a pace of 1 page per day. Then spent 7 hours having monkey sex in various broom closets with interns.

If you like horror films, check out horror-movies.ca. A bunch of low cost film makers there, with varying levels of success. From $4K to around $25K budgets, I believe. I think 5 are currently in the process of finishing new films.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to bring up software processing. I've seen some very good final product even with moderate filming equipment. I don't think the color saturation is there yet, but I haven't seen the latest generation (or 2 maybe) of cameras.

As I said above, they are improvements. Every thing you say is an improvement- low power, multi-core, touchscreen sensitivity, tiny GPS receiver. Notice all those adjectives? Then you go and say that everything you just listed already existed. You said "invented." Stop fumbling about and just admit you used the wrong word.

Don't confuse regulations and oversight with technical safety. Stop cherry picking your facts.

I really think there is a chance that NK leadership has gone so bonkers they would actually try something like bombing SK. I doubt it would be effective unless they bring a nuke to the fight, but we're still talking about one of China's maybe-buddies. The USSR was scary, but they weren't so honking insane as these guys.

Hopefully, NK will just keep doing the "chest thumping" thing until they get tired. Or it's all just a bluff in the first place. I, personally, have had enough wars/actions/what-have-you for now. Too much death. Everyone (including the US) just chill and have a cup o' tea and a biscuit.
