    Ah, right, I see. If you image Google "Stacy Snyder" now, you'll find the innocent looking image that Snyder has left available. What you won't find is the skanked-up image that actually got her application rejected, which she has (belatedly) managed to elide from the 'tubes.

    So, in fact, the 'tubes have forgotten the evidence. Wait... doesn't that completely refute the only shred of evidence behind the article? EPIC WIN for me, even if you noobs lack a mental cache.

    How is choosing to leave a photo of yourself skanking available online while applying to be a teacher about the intartubes "forgetting"?

    Seems more to be about the broad being either very forgetful herself, or dim, or having poor judgement, any one of which should preclude her from being a teacher, quite in addition to the evidence of skankitude.

    Bingo. I went from a happy hobbyist to a miserable professional game developer, regularly working 6 or 7 long days on tasks that didn't interest me.

    Now I do dull database work for 5 short days, go home at 5pm and then do hobbyist development, writing whatever I like, at a pace that I enjoy.

    Don't get me wrong, I would recommend game development as a first development job. It's an amazing learning curve, but most of what it teaches you is how not to develop software.

    It's (IMO and IME) eye candy over substance. The combat engine of the X-Wing series gives cleaner, less cluttered gameplay. X Wing: Alliance is still a great game, even now.

    Your figures are ludicrously off.

    It's not 60M Euros for 5MW. It's 60M Euros plus the cost of the 5MW of coal, gas, oil or nuclear capacity that you'll need on cloudy days.
