    When we say Good, Fast, Cheap - pick two, we aren't saying that we can't produce software that satisfies all of theses criteria.

    We are saying that only two of these things are variables.
    Quality and speed determine the cost.
    Cost and speed dictate the quality.

    Maybe once a month, or once a week, encourage geeks to stay home (and telecommute) for their jobs... saves wear and tear on them if they can code in their most natural environment once in a while..

    If your job doesn't involve interacting with your co-workers 50% of the time, your team can get by without you. Permanently.

    If it does then a day at home is a day off.

    A nice reward maybe, but of no value to the team.
