    Unfortuately, the majority of people that think like slashdot that want to say "Suck my cock, RIAA" are poor college students with about 2 pesos to rub together for spare change, while vocal, we are not a threat...though I wish that wasn't so.

    Once non RIAA music gets played on MTV or VH-1 _then_ can the strangle hold be broken.

    This is amusing, it appears he is going to pay $150 for someone else to do his job for him.

    However, my $0.02 into the conversation is: Jailbait and of course rdesktop. I have said equipment running on my iopener (another legacy from the .bomb) to connect to a test machine I whipped up running Win2k AS. You can also use it's built in VNC client to connect to any VNC server (xwindows is pretty nifty on VNC) or remote X display. and it even comes with enough software to run on its own if nessary...needs more ram than default though.

    Anyway, that's my $0.02

    Umm....I went to that site and the main one here says that the site won't be updated till he gets back from the Navy. Being a navy family member myself...this won't be anytime soon.

    Which sucks cuz I'm intrested in a debain boot cd of their "base" install disk sets too.

    I just looked on their website (and registered as a developer) and the price is $399US for the developers edition (Tuesday, Nov 6, 06:45 EST)
    Please point me to where you found the $200US price!
