    Nobody paid "the Russians" for this.

    Christopher Steele is on the record saying that he paid Russians for their lies. Hillary's team is the one that expanded it to include the Russians. If Trump was "colluding" by his son and a staffer meeting with a Russian, because the Russian claimed to have something useful, then how was paying for that information not colluding?

    I'm not sure why you'd say money was "laundered" through Perkins Cole,

    Because, it was not reported as "opposition research". It was reported as legal fees. The point of my snarky comment was that people have actually argued with me that it was ok that Hillary colluded, because she passed it through a law firm. How would you define "laundering"?

    I work on some big personal projects. The sort of things that require setup time to even get started. For a great many of them, that time in the evening provides just enough time for the setup and cleanup. For instance, just about any sort of composite layup. With commuting, dinner and personal hygiene all mixed in, most evenings just allow a few minutes of TV before heading to bed.

    The minute you say, "No", is the minute they back off. You work too much, because you're afraid they might decide they don't need you. But, if they needed you so much to force you to work that much, they need you too much to fire you.

    Simply say, "No. You don't pay me for that. You pay for 40 hours. You got 40 hours. See you Monday."

    If we HAVE to spend money on military vehicle, how about designing vehicles that can be fossil fuel free. How many of our men and women are blown to bits each year from driving a tanker truck full of highly explosive fuel?

    This reminds me of the graphs of computer performance that they used to print in Byte Magazine. It would show a huge increase, because the graph was cut off to show the numbers from 90% to 100%.

    Really, that graph you show is just as meaningless.

    Because it has been done 10,000 times and is always ignored? The same way it is ignored when you say that Hillary was "colluding" when paying the Russians for the "dossier" (but, I guess that was ok because she laundered the payments through her law firm Perkins Cole), or that the Clinton Foundation was a pay-to-play scheme (and that is coming to light now that Louis Lerner and other Obama appointees aren't in office to cover for them).

    Funny how that plastic can sit on shelves and hot trucks for months without releasing toxins, but if you refill it and drink the water that day the concentration is high enough to be deadly.

    Also, funny how the hawkers of a product that is nearly free but is packaged for several dollars a gallon don't want you using the free product.

    Well, if Trump hadn't very publicly sent troops to the border, talked about allowing the US troops to use live ammunition against unarmed civilians (and no, a rock is notequivalent to a gun), and generally made conditions at the border so hostile that it is driving people to cross illegally at the most inhospitable and dangerous areas of the border she wouldn't have needed medical treatment in the first place.

    Huh? What are you suggesting? We set up a welcome tent with refreshments and a brass band to let them in the country illegally?

    If a burglar cuts their wrist on window they broke trying to break into my house, is it my fault for having locks on my windows?

    How is he such a good liar when everything he says is chewed over and exposed? Half the so-called lies he tells are opinions, but the media calls them lies anyway. Meanwhile, Hillary gets away with boxes of FBI files magically appearing in the White House, or getting lucky turning $1000 into $100,000 on her first attempt with futures trading.

    For your next assignment, think about which popular regime was able to hold together after they lost all semblance of a common philosophy. Through the Obama years we learned that "innocent until proven guilty" was not even a thing if the accuser happened to be of a particular victim group. Recently the press has decided that open debate and freedom of speech can be violently squelched if a group dressed in black decides that they don't like what you're are saying. How long can a society hold together once the core principals that held them together are squashed?

    They supported Trump, who was expected to lose. Even in the primaries? Why would they support a bad candidate in the primaries? With all the ties that have been uncovered between the Clintons and the Russians, could it be that the Hillary team was coordinating with them to promote Trump over the more traditional candidates?

    This is what makes a good construction contractor, more than anything else. Being able to correctly size a job and order the right amount of materials, because mistakes are costly.

    For concrete, you have to get very close, but not under. If you are under, it should be by only a small amount, and you can make up the difference by mixing up a bag on the spot. If you go under by a lot, you'll be calling out another truck and possibly looking for another job. If you go over, by a small amount, they will just dump it at the job site or use it to fill a hole. If over by a significant amount, the truck driver usually has a side thing going where someone is trying to lay a driveway and is will to get it done piecemeal to save money.

    My best friend's father layed concrete for 40 yrs. BTW, his driveway was the ugliest piecemeal jumble of concrete sections you've ever seen.
