From what I read the loss of mass in the system was converted into the gravitational waves and no gamma rays or anything were produced. If we assume this is true does it make the theory of Hawking radiation incorrect?
Forgive me if this is already covered. Couldn't find a similar post on my cell phone
My daughter is going to College in the fall. She is by no means tech savvy. But she was choosing a Cromebook with local storage instead of anything win8. And she likes a windows phone.
I did a make oldconfig from my 2.4.7 build, everything compiled fine, but no targets in my rules were recognized.
I did the same thing with 2.4.12 and everything works fine. BTW, Im not using a modular kernel. My FW has only 50Mb of ram. I assume a static kernel is faster, and uses less RAM. Am I wrong?
Just noticed I have the LCC compiler installed and no GCC. I'll go ahead DL everything and give it a try. It may take me a week to build a static (term for no Module support?) kernel, but the worst that can happen is I might learn something.
To start off, My work win98 machine is faster than my other boxes running linux. Since IS will not allow me to dual boot, I'm just wondering if the GNU utils under windows would allow for a kernel compile.
of something free, Microsoft continues to do well. (Have they ever even had a "round of layoffs" in their history?)
As a matter of fact they have; if you count the contract and temp employees dumped during there hard time(s). Contracts and temps are lovely accounting gimics. You dont have to report when you ax them, and it gives you an artifically high income to "employee" ratio.
other hand are "not supported by qwest.net" and therefore will be transitioned to msn as if you are a windows user as far as the sales rep just explained to me. All secondary e-mail accounts being terminated in favor of hotmail accounts would be the part to piss me off (if I was not a vDSL user).

I work from 40-60 Hrs a week. But its BY CHOICE and its FROM HOME. Others doing the same job are not allowed to because they require higher supervision to stay focused on tasks. Now tell me how your union will handle that. Thats right, I'll have to start that 90 minute commute again.
Lets talk about unions in other fields.

To make things simple, my father build a "big boat". The only doc large enough was a union shop in Texas. It was such a lower cost, that the majority of the hull was built in Alaska and shipped by truck to Texas for final assembly. Tell me how the union protects anyone's job when they force pricing structures like this. The welders had to have an electrician turn their machines on for g0ds sake.
I do a lot of VoIP work. And in many cases, once the box enters the closet or attaches to a PBX, I can no longer touch it. The union can file a complaint if I plug into the console port on a router. Several times I've had to wait for a union employee to arrive, just so he could sit in the corner and brag to a friend on the cell phone about how he was getting payed overtime for nothing.
No wonder goods and services cost so much.
I'm thinking about building a box to act as my Jukebox. But also as the internet system for my daughter. I want her to be able to browse to the web to play nickjr.com and disney, watch avi versions of her movies so the DVD's can stay in the closet, and record broadcast TV from my Quest VDSL circuit. Am I dreaming, or is this practical?

stand and count as an ADA case. after all, it effects your everyday life. I hate when the government trys to do good deeds.
