We have what, 6 billion people on this planet? Which is,oh say,... 5 billion too many. Is cloning people something we should even be thinking about? Let's maybe think about issues like overpopulation, disease, and poverty before we start artificially create people to suffer from these problems.
Next thing you know they will have calculator watches and watches that transform into robots, and watches that can keep time in more than one time zone. I love science!
before we get too crazy developing crazy new high speed fibre, can we get the rest of the slow ass 14.4 people on at least cable!?! Then we'll talk about speeding them up.
This is turning itno one those old debates where it is just a simple matter of personal preference. Each company has 'die hards' that will never admit the other company has done something good. Pepsi IS better though.
as much as the next guy, and when you think $30 to be banner free, it almost seems worth it. Then I start to think that if my ten favourite sites all implemented this, suddenly I am dishin' out $300 a year for a banner free environment. I thinked I'd rather click on a few banners to keep the corporations happy, if the alternative will be paying to surf the net.
No matter what anyone says, ya gotta respect The GB for helping to change of the face of gaming, and for having been around so long. Hopefully they can do it again with the GB advance, cause the N64 was extremely dissapointing.
My experience had lead me to believe that unless you run your own business, you will end up being somebody's pee-on no matter what you might be qualified to do. Sadly, also people see age as a factor, since you are in high school, it has probably been determined by someone that you are "too young" therefore "inexperienced" and "unable" to do certain things. Piss on them. Start your own company, and put them out of business.
I can understand the need to mention 'no living organisms' but it scares me that they need to explicitly say 'no explosives', like there are a bunch of kids who wanted to sent TNT into space.
wouldn't it be sweet if your new company (if contacted by the old company)stood behind you, and told your old company: "Maybe if you didn't suck, people wouldn't say bad stuff about you."
I think all 3 letter top level domain names should be considered public domain. Most of the companies with 3 letter names are simply letters standing for the full name, ie: ps2, IBM, AMD. odds are pretty good that somebody would string these 3 letters together eventually anyway in an attempt to get an easy to remember URL. If anything big companies like sony should offer to buy out instead of bullying these people.
I remember when stuff like Scour and Napster started up by little guys in their basement or dorms or whatever. At the time they seemed to defy the large corporations by promoting the free sharing of media, instead of paying silly prices to buy it. Now the big corps are buyin these companies, and only allowing 'legal' sharing. I think once a company like scour gets bought out by a big corp, and you can no longer get all the good stuff, it basically loses all appeal it ever had, and people will move on to the next 'little guy' program.
Paranoid freaks of the world unite!
to bring you a blue screen in record time.
Faster... smaller... better... must improve...
Maybe they are just givin away some wristwatches that run linux.

No transmission to grind, and no need to use brakes. Wooha!

would be to bring back the Tandy.
Microsoft knows how to sell companies? I had no idea.

It is comforting to know that when we have nuked ourselves out of existence, the radiodurans will live on.

Don't people buy books to learn how to use computers?
who would win in a fight? You or Taco?
I, for one, would like to know who the world's greatest PONG player is.

people? basing judgement solely on age? Gee, that IS news. What's next? Discrimination based on sex or race? Sadly, this is the world we live in.

will Bruce Willis be involved in this process?
"hey dude, it's me... yeah, I'm locked out of my house... I think I left my keys sticking out of the back of your computer." :)
