    They were already planning on switching back to windows because something wasn't working with linux/open source. They should try to address that problem instead and make a case for staying with linux instead of fear mongering.

    The A-10 still works and works wonderfully for its intended use. The pilots love it. The mechanics love it. The ground troops love it.

    A-10 is only useful in uncontested airspace. The F-35 is far more capable than that.

    It's not 2012 anymore, any decent tablet will perform faster and better than your old N7.

    I'm still blown away that there is no active ground monitoring of all flight wherever they may be in 2015. We still have planes "disappearing" because nobody knows where they are once they leave the ground.

    So instead of having two pilots, why not have a computer monitoring system that actively monitors airplanes with only 1 pilot in it. Any weird actions by the pilot would trigger a warning allowing ground operators to override it. Boom, no more missing planes, or suicidal pilots.

    In typical hollywood fashion, the CDC seems to be more concerned with creating an image of no panic when they don't have a clue. Everything they have done so far has been reactionary. You don't have a plan if all you do is react to events. No fly list should have been in place. Isolate then test should have been in place. Seems a lot of things aren't there but they keep telling the public how great their plan is.
