    consumers will never go for this. I don't wanna spend 200$ on an os just to see ads from another company lol, and if I spend 200$ it better come with a media player. I wonder who makes these idiotic rules.

    yea I'm sure there's a rule somewhere about not gloating.

    I'm not too cozy with google or dislike them either. To me they are just mediocre with lots of good hype and cash. I hope they realize that at some point creating simple IM clients or map won't sustain them. They should be a good investment for a lot of years to come tho.

    courts know the manufacturing process will always result in a certain number of defects. There is no way to avoid it, just suing because something you bought has a defect is retarded. Of course he will go though all the pre-trial questions, like did he use his warranty or try to get a replacement or repair etc. There are people whose houses have burned down due to defective components of their cars and never got squat. This guy is wasting everyone's time and money

    yea what a trend. previously the cars we bought didn't break, the harddrive we bought were all perfect, I got a scratch on my nano so I'm suing. My xbox overheats so I'm suing. americans..

    silliness. what difference does that make? Companies make things that break all the time. If I buy a harddrive that dies after 1 month, I send it back for a replacement, not file a lawsuit

    Most games created are for people with one cpu in their system, why bother wasting time developing for a dual core system when only 1% of your customers will use it?

    no I'm not Indian but I found this article amusing. Sure you can talk to a human anytime you want, but your goal is to talk to one who can help you. If you end up on the sales side, they'll either can't help you or stick you back in the queue where you belong. Sometimes we would get sales questions on the tech side and stick them back in the sales queue. If you really want help quickly go to the appropriate area, that's what the phone system is for, unless you wish to moan and complain and get tuned out.
