Have your tried http://www.musicmatch.com/ I have over 25K mp3s and it works great and uses about 40MB RAM. It seems to be getting a bit worse with each new release thou.
What for? I thought everyone reading slashdot is using linux or mac.

How is dvorak for programming? Programmers use a lot of less frequently used keys, how are those positioned on dvorak? Maybe someone should do the same distance test with linux source code.

I doubt you can go from almost blind to 20/25 or especially 20/15. My right eye is so bad that it's almost considered legally blind, yet after visiting numerous specialists, there is no way to make it improve. I've had correction surgery to fix the look of it, but that was only cosmetic, and didn't improve the eyesight much.
while I love eclipse and its refactoring tools are much much better than VS, it's nowhere near being express. It's not easy to create simple projects with it. I recommended it to few friends who were learning java and none of them ever used it after installing it.

I agree. This is a new low for slashdot.

I think this is one of the crappiest flash sites. The navigation couldn't be worse and the loading x% is why we don't need stupid flash.
