I welcome Apple to the problems of making an OS for people other than the tech savy.

Um, yes...because...goodness knows...that Apple, um...hasn't been doing that for the past twenty years! What other company could you possibly be comparing them to with a statement like that?

If you are a weak manager (see above), it's easy to place the blame elsewhere for your employees' so-called "lack of motivation". If you are a weak manager, it's easy to label a new parent's lack of desire to put in 60-hour weeks as "unproductive".

The animators. The people who work on these movies do the best they can with what they're given (and they do know when they're given crap). Blame the company, the story department, the producers and the directors when these movies are bad. Don't blame tehe rest of the crew, though, because they do work hard on these things.

No they don't have to pay it. People don't have to buy songs online (and they don't). If you think that $1 is not the right price, despite Apple selling 70 million songs, then set up your own store with a different price and prove otherwise. Otherwise, 70 million songs can't be all wrong.

I disagree. The essence of the issue is that the Supreme Court shouldn't have gotten involved. They should have not heard the case and let the Florida Supreme Court handle it. If the state, not the people, really select their electors, as so many people here point out, then the state court should have been the final word. It was not a federal issue.
