    Methadone's primary aid in getting off dope is that it completely eradicates physical withdrawl which is very uncomfortable (but, contrary to what you said in your post, never fatal

    i have had friends that have said otherwise, hmmm. maybe it just feels at if, it is fatal...
    the more i think about what they said, i would restate very uncomfortable, as FEELING as if it was fatal, or extremly uncomfortable.

    most average joes would not use napster because they feel they may be violating the law

    i'l bet you that there are more average joes, and janes that use napster then you think, yea they sometimes fell bad, about it but some see it as a means to share w/ the kids. ie i have worked in a retail, ppl are mp3 players and good computer speakers, for napter, errr the kids...

    "The Bicentennial Man" seems more about how humans can't think about immortality. and will not think about unlimited lifetime. even when it is given to them, humans will not exept the idea of unlimited life. i bet that TBM was poorly adapted into a moive, will have to read the book.

    i too work at RadioShack. and we have northpoint DSL and have said filter installed.
    it's the CD image of the hard drives. all of the DSL stores have one set installed. the Sat DSL, stores are diffreant... was in one of them memos you should be reading...

    here at RadioShack, we really liked the idea of Tortilla-Board(TM) so much that i think we may just have to recemend it next time, 2 geeks^H^H^H^H^Hhardware hackers, come in and start fighting over the last, breadboard. not that we stock much of it these days, need all that room for cellphones and TV's.

    you can sell what you wrote, but unless those thousand people sign their rights to you, you can't sell, their patchs.and it's not like those thousand people can't just fork the code, if they don't like you selling out....

    i work a radioshack and sadly our POS's use windows... so i know her pain.

    hmmmm... my POS's take about 5min to reboot, they boot into bios, then run scandisk, load keyboard drivers, reboot into bios then start windows, lastly startup the pos software...

    luckly they are mostly stable... but my powerplug is much too easy for custumers to trip on. :(
