Andrews & Arnold Ltd (also known as AAISP) is an Internet service provider based in Bracknell in the United Kingdom founded in 1997 and launched in 1998, primarily serving businesses and "technical" home users.
In 2009 the company was judged the best niche provider in the Thinkbroadband Customer Service Awards, based on customer ratings and again in 2010.
The company's owner, Adrian Kennard (RevK), stated in a blog post that as of October 2010 the company is "XKCD/806" compliant, referring to XKCD comic number 806. This means that technical support callers who say the code word "shibboleet" will be transferred to a technical support representative who knows at least two programming languages, and presumably can offer more useful advice than a standard tech support script. Andrews & Arnold is one of the rare ISPs in the United Kingdom to provide IPv6 to home customers, for free.
Andrews & Arnold are strong advocates of not censoring Internet connections. Adrian Kennard has several blog postings discussing why Internet censorship as discussed in the UK is not workable, providing background for AAISP's decision.

One of the world's biggest banking institutions, HSBC, was founded on the side of the Khandahar Highway, the densest heroin artery on the planet and the first project of the New Afghan Democracy's rebuilding programme. Yeah, fuck the starving people, let's make sure this three hundred mile stretch of road can handle the 40 ton trucks blasting up and down it, laden with weapons and heroin.
they don't have the right to use that one any more, they have been exposed as having failed to protect children in some very high profile exposures: Beechwood, Wood Nuck, Coventry, Rochdale, Savile, Elm, Jersey, Brym Estyn. Historically, they have taken actual actionable complaints by survivors and buried them, and in some cases persecuted the survivors to the point of rendering them legally unreliable (Melanie Shaw, for the most recent example).

She tried to expose systemic child abuse during her time in Beechwood Children's Home, last week she was convicted by a directed jury of causing a shed fire that did not happen and sentenced to time served (in horrific conditions during which time she developed a stage 3 ulcer on her leg which also threated her foot) and three years probation.
The State fucking hate it when people try to expose their criminality, they can and will pull every dirty trick imaginable (and surprise you with new ones) to put them down and keep them down. Stitching them up with phantom arson charges is a favourite.
Snowden was a whistleblower who was betrayed by the US Government after he exposed their criminality. Now they want him dead simply because they got shown for what they are. Philby was a KGB double agent who stole military secrets for the Soviets.
what state's that in? Strike action by unionised workers is how they get improvements to contract terms. A non-unionised worker can't strike, for the simple reason that union membersihp brings with it rights of employment such as the fact that they can't sack you simply for demanding improvements to working conditions, better pension or more pay. Try doing that on a zero hours contract, they'll show you the door. You have zero legal remedy.

As for the race issue, I have this observation: we all bleed the same colour. I learned while watching a movie at age 4 where a man of "colour" was wounded, and he bled red, I asked my mother why he was bleeding red when his skin was brown, she told me something I'll never ever forget: skin is only a wrapper.
