What a surprise, a denier links to a denier site and gets a deniers answer.
Both links in the summary talk about data since 1980. Your link claims to use the same data from here but comes up with the opposite conclusion.
Why did they throw out the first 10 years of data? Is it because when you put them in you don't get the deniers answer that you and your link were looking for?
Yes the water is always there, always has been, always will be. That is why we can basically discount it as forcing the temperature higher. Why would it do it now and not all the other times water has been in the air? Water in the system is already naturally balancing, as you said on the scale of days. Adding hundreds of years worth of CO2 to plug the hole left by water vapor will force the temp higher by trapping more heat. That is not part of the balance at this scale and therefore will have a much greater effect. Because water vapor is dependent on temperature, and the water vapor is such a potent greenhouse gas, it will amplify the effect of the increasing CO2. So it's even worse. But the water vapor can not be the cause, the CO2 can be.
Water vapor is measured in days and a maximum is reached and then it rains. CO2 is measured in decades, and it can keep getting more and more concentrated.
The largest absorption band of carbon dioxide is not far from the maximum in the thermal emission from ground, and it partly closes the window of transparency of water; hence its major effect.
Increasing CO2 partly plugs the hole, increasing trapped heat. Increasing water will have much less effect as there is already lots of water blocking those wavelengths anyway.
Peer reviewed studies also show what happens if there is ever too much water in the air, it falls down. And we already know that can't happen again. So no need to worry.
The U.S. transportation sector was the only consumption sector where CO2 emissions increased in 2016. CO2 emissions from the transportation sector increased by 1.9%, largely reflecting emissions from motor gasoline, which increased 1.8% in 2016. Emissions from the transportation sector surpassed those from the power sector during 2016—a trend that persists through at least 2040 in the Reference case projections in EIA’s 2017 Annual Energy Outlook.
It's very close in the link you provided,27% vs 29% but that was a few years ago.
Transportation was not quite the greatest single source in America in 2015. Would have been much more honest reply.
Or you could have just linked here instead and shown that it is true. Since 2016 transportation has been the biggest source of CO2 emissions. Partly because of declining electricity use, due to increasing temperatures.

Don't listen to the scientists, for they are false gods. The One True God promised us we will be OK this time.
There was that flood a while back, but He's promised to be cool this time. Don't ask too many questions. God knows all. God works in mysterious ways. Now run along little boy, don't forget to say your prayers.
But those numbers likely don't indicate anything nefarious like widespread voter fraud. It's actually pretty common for voter rolls to be a mess. In fact, Judicial Watch threatened to sue 11 other states in April for the same reason.
A 2012 Pew Research study found around 2.75 million people were registered to vote in multiple states and more than 1.8 million deceased people were still registered to vote.
Oftentimes, people don't realize they need to notify local voting officials when they move or when a loved one dies.
But outside of a few isolated incidences, those extra numbers don't generally lead to voter fraud.
In case people were too lazy to read your link. As you seem to have been.
So at best, you cancel your neighbor's vote for you.
No, at best your vote still counts exactly as it would in every other situation. And your neighbors kid rats out his dad. Under federal law, perpetrators face up to five years in prison and a fine of $10,000. Plus, as a bonus, another $250,000 fine and 5 more years in federal prison for stealing your mail. As an extra cherry on top bonus as a felon he may even miss out on voting next time. giving the other side one less vote next election.
At worst - you don't vote and their vote - against your wishes - is cast.
You don't vote and get everything you deserve.
Doesn't it feel great to be disenfranchised?
At no time was he disenfranchised.
Doesn't it feel great to now finally understand the post you were replying to? You should try it more often.
The most common ways that companies start doing business in China (legally) is by forming a WFOE (A Wholly Foreign Owned Entity) or by partnering with an existing Chinese business through some form of joint venture.
There is usually little point arguing with people who's hatred of China is part of their religious belief system. Especially if they are AC. So you get the rebuttal instead.
From the Chinese government perspective, companies that are 25% or more controlled by foreign investors is a Foreign Invested Enterprise (FIE).The most common FIE is the Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE), which is a limited liability company. The original intent of the WFOE structure was to encourage the export of technology-driven manufacturing activities. However, in practice, it has primarily been used to set up management and consulting services for foreign companies looking to get a quick start in the Chinese economy.
You or the idiot who modded him up could have easily gone to google and stuck in 'how to start a business in china' and found the truth.
People who think 'it's bad' + it's about China' = true, are not the kind of people who are swayed by facts or evidence, they are a lost cause already. They already believe what they want to believe.
Did you believe it, did you check, or did you just add an even more useless post. Attempting to provide some credibility to an obvious anti China troll.
Crimes considered heinous by society have no statute of limitations . Although there is usually no statute of limitations for murder (particularly first-degree murder), judges have been known to dismiss murder charges in cold cases if they feel the delay violates the defendant's right to a speedy trial.
You sat on it for 7-8 years for no reason, case dismissed.
The graph also had some helpful words right underneath it.
China was top of the list of countries mismanaging plastic waste, but the US also featured in the top 20 and contributed a higher rate of waste per person.
Of course it's not a crime when you have enough money to throw around to say otherwise.
That is beside the point, you mentioned being regulated as a reason your money wouldn't be swindled, but it didn't help.
Causing the crisis is a bit different to 'being involved in' one too.
In California, statutory periods do not begin until offense is or should have been discovered. So no, your example of them deciding to sit on it for 12 years is not true. Even a murder sat on for 12 years would be questionable as shown by my example previously.
This is what can bite simpletons,
Unfortunately, much of Federal law, at least in the US, is functionally exempt from the statute of limitations.
You changing from a claim about Federal laws, and then trying to use California law as an example. Have another try without trying to be actively deceptive.
In most States (and with Federal law),
Your link only shows California, not even most states, and certainly not federal law.
Your chemical weapons example is stupid. It's illegal to posses them and you still posses them so the clock for that would start any time they were found. It's illegal to plan to use them, prosecutors will claim you are going to use them, the clock starts when they find them. If you build them, decided you weren't going to use them after all. disabled them so they were no longer functional and disposed of them, and then 10 years later some one finds out what you did. You will probably be OK as the limit has expired. Expect to be put on numerous watch lists etc. but you 'got away with' making chemical weapons.
Unfortunately, much of Federal law, at least in the US, is functionally exempt from the statute of limitations.
No it is not.

So no, even if your nonsense were true, hate-speech still wouldn't be exempt from limitations.
For most issues, the statute only kicks in once the Government is aware of the crime. If they are not aware a crime was committed, the clock doesn't start.
Complete and utter bullshit.
A statute of limitations is a law which sets out the maximum time that parties have to initiate legal proceedings from the date of an alleged offense.statute of limitations USA
So they sit on your hate-speech post for 12 years, then get around to looking at it. Then whatever statute of limitations timing starts - AFTER they are aware of it (just like taxes; cheat on your taxes, they find the issue 9 years later, then the statute of limitations begins).
How can you possibly be this clueless and still think you are right? Timing starts from alleged offense, tax is only 6 years unless you don't file or there is a substantial omission/fraud. In that case though, the timing doesn't start because there is not a limitation in those cases.
Biological and chemical weapons crimes are only 8 years.
Burning or bombing federal property or slave trafficking is only 10 years.
But you think hate-speech would be 12?!?
Governments will NOT give you a waiver on an "illegal" action (like hate speech) just because they did not answer in time.
Yes it will, Statute of limitations exists. It would be 5 years, the standard where the crime isn't specifically listed as having a different length of time. Yes obviously it's not a crime, and they would most likely list a time if it were one.
Many cities in China will let you move to them and transfer your Huko. Some will even pay you money to do so, say if you are a graduate and come to live in their city. Others like Shanghai mentioned above are more restrictive.
Welfare in China is paid for by the local government and not the central government. So if just anyone could move there it would be a massive burden on the city.
Usually you can transfer there if you get a job, pay taxes or buy a house.
They have been changing them for decades, and will no doubt continue to do so.
You know plenty of places have school zones. And lots of people in those places buy houses in the area just to qualify for the school. It's not that controversial.
Are you still living in the 60's? how do you think the cities got so big if no one was allowed to move there? You still think people can't choose what jobs they want etc.?
Facts and evidence just wash over you and you continue to believe whatever nonsense you want.
Keep mentioning irrelevant things, it wont change the facts. Hong Kong is part of China. You haven't show anywhere that it's even a country, just that different rules apply. Everyone already knew that. I told you that at the start.
If you do ever go to China or Hong Kong, with whatever visa you choose, make sure you don't go the wrong way and fall off your flat Earth.
What part of different rules did you not understand? I tried typing it really slowly for you. Maybe go back and read it again, very, very slowly this time. Get your wife to help you if you need, she sounds smart.
Everything you just mentioned is different rules. I already told you that they have different rules. It's literally the first thing I said to you. Everyone knows this. Even you!!
Hong Kong is a part of China. If you are born in Hong Kong you are a Chinese citizen, your passport will say as much.
Are you really going to claim 'Republic of Korea' prints 'The Democratic People's Republic of Korea' on the front of their passports and lists the owners nationality as that as well? Or is it the other way around? Because that is absurd and easily checked.
Why doesn't HK just put HK on their passport and HK as the nationality? Hint HK isn't a country, there are no HK citizens...
Wow, different parts of the same country have different rules. That never happens. No, wait, it does and you're just an ignorant American.
If words are too difficult for you try this pretty picture Hong Kong passport
I wonder why you didn't link to this picture like you did the Chinese one...
Is it because it clearly says Peoples Republic of China on the cover? Oh damn, we've already established you can't read...
I guess you will just have to keep being ignorant.
Windbourne's anti-China idiocy knows no bounds.

But if you look at all the data without cherry picking a start date, they are still going up...
If you look at their source data. You will notice that they removed the first 10 years and started with 1990 instead of 1980.
Looking at all the data it's clear that they are increasing, even compared with GDP.
That is how you and your deniers site lie with statistics.
