    To some extent. In a vacuum or near vacuum the only way to dissipate heat it through radiative cooling. This requires extremely large cooling fins. In an atmoshpere, much smaller cooling fins are required because you can rely on radiative, conductive, and convective cooling simultaneously which allows for much greater heat dissipation per surface area. If this thing produces an amount of energy similar to an ICE engine, then it's radiator will be on the same order as an ICE engine radiator.
