Also, there's the issue of too many signs and traffic signals. There's one intersection near my office that has more than fifty signs and lights. Even though I drive through it regularly, it's still scary.
We shouldn't do that, because it will hurt the Democrats. Turn-out helps us in almost every election. When we can get the people to the polls that don't care about politics, we win. By limiting votes, you are basically handing the elections to the Republicans.
