I had to threaten to post the whole sorry/tragic/unprofessional saga on-line before they finally sent me a new unit. Even the new one is far more of a PITA than my old Roku. Most EOs are to direct executive branch agencies to implement laws passed by congress, and are part of the business of running the government. Others, like when BHO implements the Dream Act after explicit rejection by the senate, are simply lawless and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, i.e. impeachment.

In your response, please clarify why you think it is that BHO sues states that pass immigration laws identical to federal laws, refuses to enforce federal laws, has pulled ICE off large swaths of the border, and refuses to prosecute sanctuary cities.

So I actually live in Idaho and have a close personal relationship with several people in the legislature who are also farmers and ranchers. I haven't read the NY daily news article because the odds of them getting it right are vanishingly small. There was no systematic abuse of dairy cattle before, and there is none now. The cameras were installed to protect the farmers by detecting animal rights wackos staging incidents of animal cruelty. The video is retained at the farm, not streamed to Mercy for Animals. The only real change is that many dairy operators are now requiring new employees to sign non-disclosure agreements.

At least one member of a group called Mercy for Animals got a job at the Bettencourt dairy. They filmed for several weeks with hidden cameras and didn't find any abuse, which is what you would expect. Happy cows are productive cows, and productive cows are profitable. Anyone who has spent any time on a dairy farm knows this. So the undercover coached the workers to abuse the cattle without the owners knowing. This was a setup from the beginning to the end. The owners of the dairy were as upset by the video as anyone.

Yes, that is the goal and the entire reason for fixation on CO2. Control CO2 and you control every aspect of modern life. People are not responding to Trump because he is Trump. They are responding to the two card monte that the Rs and Ds are playing on us. For instance, Immigration. Immigration, both legal and illegal, is destroying our country. In Texas alone, illegals have been charged with over 177,000 serious crimes since 2008, including almost 3,000 homicides. Trump is the only one willing to point out the insanity of bringing millions of low-skilled and illiterate people here from third world shitholes and then giving them welfare benefits. A few mentally ill people shoot innocents, and the Ds start lecturing us on giving up our civil rights. Illegals kill tens of thousands, and nary a peep about the border. Insanity. And this is only one example. Abuse of political amnesty, "Free trade" etc. are similar issues. I just hope he does not run as a third party candidate. If he is the R nominee, I will most definitely vote for him.
