Where have you been? 90 days is pretty common in electronics.

    Yeah....like those exist.

  4. Re:HUGE PROBLEMS on Sun Gagging Customers Damaged By Memory Problems? · · Score: 2

That's an entirely different issue. I can almost *guarantee* you that you had poor airflow on those Sparc 5's. Either they were on their side (not the way to set a Sparc 5) or they had so much dust and lint on the intake side that no air got in. Either of these causes heat issues and that leads to premature hard drive and memory failures (moreso than motherboard failures.) I supported a site with 2500+ Sparc 5's and that was the problem 98% of the time.

At least one of those "fraud" images is actually posted on Apple's cube page. I'd like to see video of this guy eating his mouse.

Check this story at VW Vortex. Granted, the Lupo isn't available in the US but it's *averaging* 100mpg. That's the most fuel efficient mass production car ever. Kudo's to VW on this one.

You're smoking crack. Why not go pick up a DVD/MP3 player for half the cost of a PS2? Even cheaper still...throw a DVD-Rom on your PC and have a slightly less expensive, smaller viewing area?

as far as i can tell tkseti doesn't post the data with the 2.0 linux client. nor will wmseti work. also, there is no xseticlient for linux that i could find. it is bundled with some of the other *nix clients, however

  9. Re:Not bad... on Phish Offers Archive Concert in MP3 · · Score: 1

I'm sick of reading posts that imply that Phish is one of the only bands out there that allow recording of the shows. Most of the punk bands I listen to DO allow taping of the shows...just not soundboard connections. Lets put this to rest now. I won't comment on what I think of Phish's music because I'm sure you couldn't care less. You've got what you like, and I've got what I like.
