you must have stumbled on a poorly connected area then. having lived in the mountains in france (about as far from a major city as it's possible to get in europe) we enjoyed 20mb internet from at least 2 of the 4 providers. every bar, cafe, resturant, hotel, train stations and about half the shops offer free public wifi, mcdonalds included. free connection speeds are poor at around 2-8mb but it's almost impossible to not find free internet. then traveling between the UK and france every fuel stop or rest stop had wifi and so did the airports and ports. you must have had a randomly poor visit or a poor device or both? however 4g rollout is still VERY patchy, better in france i think than the uk.

How can a country that uses millitary grade equipment in it's police departments to be used aginst it's own people, be judged as anything other than pure evil? I doubt that the people on the street are as bad as the governments that have brought about all this global missery but the ever growing list of haters don't care.
Then to find and talk about weather judges are just lap dogs or puppets to the larger super secret evil powers that be, of course they are. The US has been found to lie about anything and everything it has been caught doing ever and even the things it wriggled out of. it's even had presidents impeached and one who just wormed his way out of it. Bush is a war criminal and walks around a free man, some whistle blowers are locked away and will unlikely ever see the light of day again.
Let there be no doubt, the US has already caused millions on deaths around the world with it's action in the last 60+ years. With attempts from gouvernments for extra spying powers being the current wave of change, do you think they are going to change in a direction that is best for anyone but the few people that hold power?

Like registering guns, that's worked out really well. 10470 people dead due to gun violence just last year in the US. Kinevs, just kids toys with only 10% of the deaths compared to guns, accourding to your numbers. Are these people shooting at planes? that would be far more dangerous than a $20 drove being sucked into an engine. More knee jurk reaction policy, but it also fits well with the overall data slurp/ blanket surveillance of a modern US Gov'.
Protected from who? The Gov' are not going to abide by any laws and will find easier and faster ways to hack/track or spy on cars with or without this kind of law. There is a huge car modding scene in the US and this will massivly impact many car fans but also a whole sub industry that has been built on modifying cars. Does this now mean that soon it won't be possible to drive down the road with a laptop plugged into the car to fine tune the fueling map? I do this all the time in my crappy little car. Tuning my car could cost $100,000 if some gun ho 5o spotted me at the lights. Well more than likely he'd think I was some kind of terrorist for wanting to use a laptop in a car and shoot me dead before proclaiming aloud "stop or I'll shoot", my lead filled corpse would prob slump forward in the seat, causing the officer to shoot a few more times, you know just to protect the children and keep the streets safe for all. America, land of the free... ROFL
What kind of middle earth hell hole do these people live in where you have to shutdown your computer because of a storm? Literally can't remember the last time we had a power cut, must have been well more than a decade ago at least. Come to the developed world, we have power that stays on and cakes too :D

yep, that's why they compared the US to Europe and not one member state. the tax is a random thing too as it's different in every member state of the EU. in the states the av income bracket is taxed at 25%. it's 24% here (uk) . but in Belgium the average tax payer is paying over 50% tax. france is more like 30% etc etc..
you must have stumbled on a poorly connected area then. having lived in the mountains in france (about as far from a major city as it's possible to get in europe) we enjoyed 20mb internet from at least 2 of the 4 providers. every bar, cafe, resturant, hotel, train stations and about half the shops offer free public wifi, mcdonalds included. free connection speeds are poor at around 2-8mb but it's almost impossible to not find free internet. then traveling between the UK and france every fuel stop or rest stop had wifi and so did the airports and ports. you must have had a randomly poor visit or a poor device or both? however 4g rollout is still VERY patchy, better in france i think than the uk.
Yeah, you're right, if you ignore sea surface temperatures, atmospheric temperature readings, deep ocean temperatures, or any other data. Other than that, no evidence at all.
Even if the models are flawed (they're fine except for the large error bars), and even if the hiatus were real (it's not), a decade isn't that long in climate terms. But those things aren't true. As they say, no useful lie ever dies, right?
You do understand these predictions aren't going to come true for 100 years or more, right? Or do you get all your science from conspiracy theorists incapable of reading scientific papers themselves?
Again, you need to stop listening to stupid people. No storm can be caused by global warming any more than an avalanche can be caused by a snowflake. They're contributors that raise the odds of these events happening.
The national highway system, the Hoover dam, landing a man on the moon, creating the internet, providing health care in any country not called The United States of America, FDIC, rescuing GM, safety improvements in the auto industry, stopping Thalidomide in the US, banning CFCs...
That's just a few examples I can think of off the top of my head, though. Actual research would yield a bunch more, I'm sure. The fact you clearly haven't done it says a lot about why you believe the things you do.

surely scrapping a running car and replacing it with a new one does more harm to the environment than just keeping the old one going? getting rid of a perfectly working car to get a newer one is one of the most wasteful things an individual westoner does.
like a real attacker would care if their drone carrying a bomb would be illigal to fly.. let alone the stolen RDX payload. new laws will just punish the good people and the ciminals will do what they do.
