It was coming in at the bottom of AV-Test's testing for many years, it has only be recently that it has picked itself up out of last place. The results have been similar with av-comparatives results with Microsoft being one of the bottom results only recently moving upwards towards the middle of the pack.
In both companies tests BitDefender (which is what I use) and Kaspersky came out towards the top of the pack.
No it wasn't that, i remember it failing over and over the AV test, but recently it got better, but still for some reason i decided to use BD.
In other words, is there a reason for me to install Kaspersky instead of Sophos or Bitdefender, which I both used in the past? (If you reply, please do NOT mention anything about US politics or Russia - thank you!)
I'm currently using BitDefender Free, quite happy with it, lightweight, silent, no ads, no popups, works quite well, and i'm also interested how it compares to this new Kaspersky Free AV
Now everything is "nation-sponsored", so-called expert now throw this at everything without handing a single proof of it's claims, and sometimes not even making sense.

Whenever i read someone saying that they rather have the power to run anything from anywhere i wonder what is it so great that you want to run and isn't on the Play Store?, 99.9% of the apps on the store are bullshit and only a few of them are really worth it, so, what is it that you get outside the Store that's so great?.

Then i'm afraid that you shouldn't have bought the phone, you knew what you were buying don't you?, again, not defending Apple, we all know they did this to making money out of 3rd party accessories manufacturers, but if you want to use the device in a way that you know is not meant to, then why did you bought it?.
I would much rather pay for this case that allows you to use your own headphones, AND give extra battery life, than be ripped off by Apple forcing you to buy their extra probably highly inflated in price box of trick. Dropping the headphone jack is just a cynical marketing strategy to make people give even more money to Apple.
Doesn't the built in adapter allow you to use 3.5mm headphones?, We all know that Apple dropped the 3.5mm jack to make money out of third party accessories manufacturers, yet they provide you with a solution out of the box. Not defending Apple, i have a 6s Plus, think is a great device, yet a don't really like Apple.
you can use hangouts just fine on a desktop, altough a real desktop app would be better, they have a chrome extension which works pretty fine, plus you can use it within gmail which is a plus.

I really didn't follow Google's advertisement of Allo, so i really didn't understand the point of the article, if Google actually advertised what you said, now i get it, i just didn't get that from the story.

The version of Allo rolling out today will store all non-incognito messages by default

Everyone I know that used Google Talk switched to Hangouts for the simple reason it was a continuation (though the EOL of the desktop application in favour of a shitty browser plugin was dumb), Allo/Duo however is completely moronic as they exist in parallel are disconnected. I haven't installed Duo, and won't be installing Allo, I'm sure as a Nexus user they'll eventually appear on my devices but I'll disable them at that point.
In my case, everyone that used GTalk do not use Hangouts, unless it's strictly necessary, i use it to talk to one person only, and i'm not happy about it.
