With the US having the most expensive 'health care' on the planet, I do find it particularly specious that they find only the programmers to blame. I think what's really bugging the electric companies is that with more people generating their own electricity, the power companies are generating less revenue.

How is allowing the Browser low level access to the OS through ActiveX calls and making HTML the default format for help files making Internet Explorer more secure? Microsoft the company that made browsing the WEB dangerous...
