    I have interviewed widely in the Valley and I can tell you the main problem is segregation. People are only hiring people who look like them.

    As a result, you have companies that are 90% Indian, 90% Asian, 90% Russian, 90% Canadian.

    None of them are 90% white Americans any more in Silly Con Valley.

    Yes yes, I personally change my MAC address all of the time because of behavior like that.
    I'm just saying, they're trying to be sneaky and spy on people who don't know better. You can bet they are profiting in more ways than one from pairing the MAC with your browsing history.

    Try asking someone who works there. They screw people over on a regular basis. Like systematically making sure they can't get enough hours to qualify for health benefits.
    They also screw their customers in 100 ways. Do you like having your MAC address uploaded to their servers?
    But you have no idea. Just put your head back in the sand and everything will be happy.

    Sometimes I feel like Ahab when it comes to Microsoft. and yet the truth is, Google is the new Microsoft. they are the Microsoft of the Internet so to speak. indeed there are many companies that resemble Microsoft, for instance Starbucks is the Microsoft of coffee and equally evil.

    Therefore any mechanism that Google has to detect if an account was set up an automated way could have been invoked. That in turn would skew the results.

    I am quite sure that these accounts were *not* set up by hand. Therefore any mechanism that Google has to detect if a count could have been invoked. That in turn would skew the results.

    Think about it: If a person doesn't have the security of a home to charge a vehicle at, why would they take a risk on the unlikely chance that they can charge a vehicle when they are out and about like at Whole Foods or IKEA. Furthermore homeowners don't have to relocate to find new jobs, and if you own electric car it's a hassle to move it across country or even across the state. Finally renters don't have the sense of security that allows them to take foolish risks like owning a vehicle that is severely limited in range.

    But then consider homeowners: They are strapped with debts and many of them cannot afford luxuries because they bought homes at inflated prices due to speculation in the housing market.
