  1. I am no Expert on Software Glitches Cause Airport Delays in Britain · · Score: 1

If only they were using Open Source Software in the aviation industry...
WTF? I am a big supporter of the open source movement, but what does this have to do with the fact that the software is not Open Source? It was software glitches! It happens also in open source program if you have not noticed (Look at Linux; we have been forced to update the Kernel for fix problems more then once). I am just saying, we just can go running around and yelling blaming all software problems on the fact that the software was not open source.

  3. Where is the Download Version? on SuSE 8.0 Now Shipping · · Score: 1

Juect checked out ftp.suse.com and i see that they have not uploaded 8.0 on there Servers. I was going to install 8.0 on my new Dell Inspiron 8200. I hope they upload it soon.

  4. Why Not? on "Disposable" Cell Phone Actually Repackaged Nokia · · Score: 1

If you look at the picture from the site, you will see a Nokia 8290, which has a long history of having there LCD going south. I have returned at lest three of my 8290 only later to change to another phone. My best bet is the phones are nothing more then returns from Cingual users who LCD's went and returned them. Therefore, it does make sense to use them for so-called "disposable" cell phones. As much as I hate the idea, it does make some business sense to do that.
There is one thing for sure; you cannot hide Vaporware

Just something that I find odd is the Date on the Page " January 14, 2002"? Could this be the case that they are showing an article that is suppose to be publish on the 14th?

  8. Re:Fucking Great on McAfee Will Ignore FBI Spyware · · Score: 1
Now anyone can craft their virii to look like the FBI's brood and avoid detection alltogether. Fabulous, I hope everyone feels safer already.

That just might be a great idea. You see, if someone dose that it would force Anti-Virus Apps to protect users from that virus, at the same time stoping the FBI.

But i do have one question, what is the FBI going to do about user that run Linux or any other Non-MS OS? I think it is time for me to take a look at my Linux Router....
