Or was there some other Colt besides the.45 I fired in the Army?
I'll admit, it was rugged, but inaccurate as all get out. Basically, a.45 caliber belly gun. Any decent revolver was a better sidearm for self defense. And nothing beats a 12 gauge shotty for close in household defense.
Sure. But what about the carrier whose network the WinMobile or Symbian device runs on? Just try running random apps, especially networked, on Verizon.
like Apollo. The Astronauts ride inside it, the tower is attached to the top. When they eject, the tower pulls the capsule away from the rest of the stack.
For me, anyway. Perhaps it's my military experience, where I learned that a good nights sleep, indoor plumbing, and a hot meal, are among life's greater pleasures.
Go to bed at 10PM, asleep almost immediately. Often wake up before the alarm goes off at 6AM. Alarm is set to a local PBS station (WETA), so I wake up to classical music rather than a loud screech.
I'm fond of.net too. Mainly because it is a decent wrapper for all the Win32 API stuff (quick: How many string types are there in Windows?), plus a decent wrapper for the crawling horror that is COM. I once had to write software that interfaced with the COM MAPI. Now that's all wrapped up in.net.
They want our weather! And the babes that go along with it! Canada has nothing like Key West, or Hermosa Beach! Ever seen an extremely fit woman, in a thong, roller skating on a boardwalk in Canada? I think not! In Hermosa Beach? Heck yeah!
Recon sats have a ground resolution of, at best, 2.5 inches. Due primarily to atmospheric effects. So they can make out car models, but not read the license plate.
Also known as "bucket dropping", this was the method used from the early 60's (Corona/KH-4) through the mid-70's (Big Bird/KH-9), when the digital KH-11 came online.
Profoundly creepy.

Called 'widgets', but they're still plugins.

You could be hanging out on an obscure English website.

From today's Salt Lake Tribune
I suspect the city fathers have no idea the water map looks that dicklike. Another Utah Breast Picture.
Don't most ISPs in the US do this?
Yes, this is essentially a shutdown of the WWW in the UK. So? It's what the Gov wants, right?
At that moment I realized just how much I love America.
If the attacker has physical access to your system, it's not your system.
Of course Canada wants to invade!
It's done. I guess Sony had to have a successful format eventually.
Or maybe Perens? Nah, he's not wingnutty enough for politics.
Why would they bother in the first place? If you can't earn a living from your work, why would you stay in that line of work?
Interstate commerce clause. It's in the Constitution of the United States.

Which is why I don't do facebook, Linked In, myspace, or any other 'social networking' site.
When I google my name (my real name, not 'wiredog') it returns zero results. I'm very happy about that.
If it is, essentially, "You have zero privacy anyway, Get over it" then the users shouldn't expect anything more.
