  2. DIY Fixes for GHWT Drum Kit Sensitivity Problems on Guitar Hero World Tour Equipment Problems, Subscription Possibilities? · · Score: 2, Interesting

I have posted a detailed How To Guide for fixing the Guitar Hero World Tour Drum Kit sensitivity problems. For example my Red Pad took a very hard hit to register consistently, and my Orange cymbal was similar.

My guide features high quality photos and videos demonstrating before and after response of the drums.

The official solution is to do a support request and get the USB MIDI cable shipped to you. But my fix will have you drumming TODAY.

Let me ask you this. Could the Bible seriously be the work of a God reputed to have created the entire universe? Is the writing quality, relevance, accuracy and consistency anywhere near up to the omniscience you would expect from God?
He created all the billions upon billions of protons in the universe absolutely identical. Not a one has ever been found off weight even in the tenth decimal place. How could that creator of the universe have also authored something so bungling as the Bible that can't go four pages without contradicting itself?

Are you an animal, or a member of society? Perhaps neither: you're just a coward with absolutely no principles to stand up for what is right. The people whose browsers don't support GIFs will be alerted to the issue and allowed to upgrade to superior browser, UniDick will be denied extortion money, and the whole web will have gained increased PNG supporters.

Richard Stallman strongly reminds me of some crazed religious lunatics who absolutely will not listen to reason when you explain that Noah could not possibly have fit all the animal species in the world on his ark (or some other bogus religious thing). I am talking about the same type of lunatics who kill people because they think "God" told them to do it in order to spread the righteousness of their respective religion or cult (what's the difference?).

People like that are entirely useless, with their one track minds. He apparently thinks he's a god's gift to mankind.

It's not worth $800 for a 75GB one that's also IDE (and may only be 5400 RPM). Personally I don't know why they even manufacture drives over oh, say 20GB in size, that AREN'T 7200rpm or higher. How is a drive that large useful when it could take hours to chkdsk/fsck/scandisk? A 40GB drive that's only 5400 RPM is out of balance in it's features.

The main people who pay for that stuff is corporate users and I find it very unlikely that any serious company will be using Linux on their workstations unless they have a very large pool of talent to draw from, where they can afford to be so choosy as to say "Candidates must be familiar with Linux environment rather than Windows".

I hereby declare that ANY company that tries to make money selling software for the Linux platform will go under very swiftly, unless they have a backup plan to circumvent mass pirating of their software among these users. Mark my words. Windows may have a lot of "dumb" users but those "dumb" users have the money. I don't know many back-room open source hackers who have lots of cash on hand...

When you "finally" found an artist who had some tracks listed, it was only unique tracks? Pure BULLSHIT. Search for any popular artist and EVERY song they have will be out there. When you went to download them, most of the sites were down? Impossible, because Napster only lists online sites. Now I KNOW you're fucking lieing.

So the money for games comes from horny guys and it makes sense to cater to them. Women are NOT known for their love of technical issues; and as such I dont think there are man women Slashdot readers.

Maybe women DON'T like computers because they operate like a machine, much like men do. They don't say the opposite of what they mean or play other mind tricks like women prefer to. That's likely also the reason men prefer computers (except for sex obviously).

I highly doubt Linux can overcome any FAT32 limitations that NT can't, so I don't see what you're spouting off about.
