    if you do not encounter a Windows troll ever, then you are not in the right places... go to a windows community.. it is disgusting and ignorant. Going to those places are about as bad as seeing a mac user who is clueless.

    Fanboys tend to be clueless users who glom onto their OS of choice to sound smart. My cousin is one of those. he thinks he is so smart because it can build a PC (woo.. I have been doing that for years)

    I just finished my CS curriculum and I have to listen to his garbage about how he does not understand why I have a Mac and he says I do not know anything about computers. I have learned to keep my mouth shut when dealing with him because he goes away faster.

    you don't test every keyboard.. what do you think QA is? it is a statistical t-test to see if the break ratio is significant. if it is, then they retool the production line, otherwise they let production go ahead and use the rate as the lifetime. they only need about 20 keyboards from a single production line chosen at random to complete this analysis.

    have a special machine that hits all the keys at one time. let it run, and when the keyboard shows signs of failure, that count times the number of keys is the failure rate.

    those are corrupt labor unions run by the mob... not every union is corrupt and if you made it a trade guild with specific rules for leadership (like the leadership has to make their paycheck from the industry, not the guild) then the leadership is less isolated from the problems workers have.

    well.. if you had a 10,000 page site, that regex way is going to still take a long time. I like CSS better..

    1: open file
    2: highlight color
    3: type new color code
    4: save file
    5: go back to playing on Yahoo games.

    if you follow those rules then your work load is much much much much much easier. think about maintaining a website... all the links are red, you made them that way with . now your boss wants you to change all of them to orange... you get paid no over time and have a deadline to get this done... if you used XHTML and CSS it would require about 10 keystrokes.
