    I'm pretty sure that the founding fathers never envisioned the states selling their power to the federal government like they have.

    That's EXACTLY the impression I got when I signed up with Netflix. I finally cut the cable (and still don't miss it), and signed up with Netflix, only to be massively underwhelmed by their streaming selection and quality (most movies don't even have 5.1 surround).

    Ethics is an important part of Science.

    it shouldn't be.

    And should be considered whenever you do an experiment.

    i disagree. scientific research should be done for no reason other than curiosity. no other consideration should come into the picture.

    Do you jump to animal testing before you sit down and do the math and run simulations?

    yes, no substitute to real experiments.

    I'm sure that Jews and other "undesirables" in Nazi Germany would agree wholeheartedly.
