"the authors note this is also the same IQ range where propensity towards crime peaks"
I'm seeing a correlation between no sex and crime. The smart ones that arn't having sex just don't get caught.
I have a 2.1 mega pixel Canon ELPH that I take to the field with me(I'm a US Marine) That little sucker can take anything, the metal casing it has is quite durable, I've dropped it several times. Its gotten a bit wet a few times also.
Its very simple to use. A plain point and shot. But you can throw it into manual and control the F-stops and exposure time as well for some night shots.
I would have to say I'm glad to see a worth while question... Its been a while.
I've tried google for hours on this and never found anything worth while. I do like the www.cafepress.com that with a inexpensive member service like here on slashdot, and a paypal "please donate a few bucks" sound like the way to run a non-profit site these days.
Crap... that means I don't have an excuse not to make that site thats been sitting in the back of my head.
Of all the ranting and raving going on about this. This was the first time someone brought up a good point.
Look at.NET. Microsoft, in an attempt to say they use open standards, published the framework. If it were not for the OS community that would have never happened.

Great so now we have transparent glass doors we walk into and opaqe screens we can walk through.
Since it feeds off of input, wouldn't a /. effect be like some super orgasim?
You all said it died, but I got it... maybe cached from our proxy though.. but anyway.
:)
HERE IT IS
enjoy.. I'll be busy for a bit.

This reads:
... illegally imported from the United Kingdom ... The mod chips contained software code ...
If I'm not mistaken aren't mod chips sent with no code at all, I know my Matrix chip was, it was set to FF on every byte.
I can see how it was illegal to import them with code, thanks to DMCA, however if they where without code does this case really stand to hold?
The attack is based on the timming of an error. Simply throw in a random wait timmer on anything suspicious, ie errors and such.
